OOOHH! Now you're in trouble little Vanilla Girl! Isn't about time to change you're Avatar? For about the 1000th time? I want to see more pictures of you!!!
-
That is a good point. The last girl I dated is now doing porn. I made the mistake of introducing her to one of my budies who works in the "industry", They went out together for a while but she is now doing "girl on girl" videos for Vivid Entertainment. I was heartbroken, I really like this girl but I heard she is doing smack and is totally strung out. Geez! I'm wondering if I had a role in her demise? All I wanted was to be her friend, I guess you can call me "Captain Save A Ho" but I guess it didn't work out that way! Kdog

No problem! I have to admit, I am a bit of a schmuck! Those hot little 19 year olds I've been teasing are starting to get angry that I don't treat them right. It is usually their parents that flip out when they see their young virginal daughters clinging to a 40 somthing dirty old man. It's not easy to play the game but if you have a lot of money to throw around and a few cheasy pickup lines to toss out, I've found that these cuties feel very protected around someone of my stature. I guess I'm a bit of a father figure to them. Kdog

You would be suprised how car companies cut corners. I'm not saying your stereo sucks but I would pull the grills off at some point and check to make sure you have 2-way speakers(seperate woofer and tweeter). If you do than great! Most people don't check for this and wonder why they can't hear the high frequencies. A lot of people just don't know what good audio sounds like and are impressed with a cheasy voice recognition program and a fancy face plate. Bose car stereos are a good example of this.

I prefer my girls to be between 19 and 22. They are so sweet at that age and very easy to control. They are like little bunnies! When I'm in a strip club, I love to chase them into their little fluff holes. It's time to make some bunnies!

No you don't look at all like her, you look considerably younger also. Why don't people like SJP and Madonna give it up? At some point you have to stop acting like you are 21. I don't blame them for trying. It is the media that causes the problem. There is huge number of Playmates, Penthouse Pets and porn stars that are not getting their chance to shine in the media. Why don't they book Devon or Silvia Saint to do these GAP and Old Navy ads? Geesh! why don't they just show some Arab women covered in sheets and vails! now that is sex apeal!
-
Exactly, that pic looks like it was taken a few years ago when she was still pretty. I don't know how someone can just turn ugly like that in a matter of 2 or 3 years! SJP must have forgotten how to eat.
-
I wouldn't mess with the guy. You should send him a message saying how rude it is not to respond to e-mails and that you think he is a dick.
-
No, you definatly look better than her. WAY BETTER! Mathew Brodrick should visit a strip club to find a new wife. It is about time to move on! How about a sweet young 19yr old.
-
The "bozo the clown" style makeup isn't the only thing, her face looks terrible compared to how she looked 5 or 6 years ago when "Sex & the City" started out. She has 0% body fat in her face. Very weathered looking. Her closeups shots would probably inspire one to get tested for AIDS rather than shop at the GAP!
-
I just saw a GAP ad and she was in it. Uhhgg! Who thinks this chick is sexy? My god! She has aged more poorly than Madonna!

Geico is not the cheapest. All those ads they run on TV don't pay for themselves.

What upgrades exists to our cessna 182?
Kbone replied to helge's topic in General Skydiving Discussions
No offense but do you really want to sqeeze 5 jumpers in a Cesna 182? I can't breath in here!! -
8 speakers usually means 4 speaker with 4 tweeters or 4 2-way speakers. Not 8 full sized speakers. It sounds like you have a good system but lets face it, You are the exception, not the rule. People just don't understand what good sound should sound like. The wave of MP3 players is proof of this. People don't know how bad MP3 sounds and they don't care because they are stupid. Sucks to be you!
-
Unless the manufacturer specifies it for skydiving, I wouldn't risk it. It may not track fast enough for the rapid changes that take place in freefall.
-
So your stereo is stock? Most stock systems are garbage except in the more expensive cars. Get some 2 way speakers and a better deck and maybe even a subwoofer and you will hear a more dramatic difference than just using DVD-A discs. Kbone
-
No matter how good the quality is, you can only make a car stereo sound so good. Unless you are parked with the engine turned off, you will not hear the subtle nuances that make the SACD or DVD-A sound better while you are driving. There is too much background noise happening in most cars to really appreciate the difference. Why do you think MP3 is so popular? People can't tell the difference in their cars! At home with headphones is a different story. Kbone

Subway is better than french fries and burgers but it isn't as great as everyone thinks. The ingredients they use are not very fresh. Yah, I know the bread is fresh daily but who cares since it tastes like paper. It is hard to get a good sandwich at that place. Shredded lettuce has tons of preservatives. If you didn't have preservatives in shredded lettuce, the lettuce would turn brown in a matter of minutes since it is sliced so thinly.
-
Preservatives are what keep the fries looking good. Plain and simple. It's not magic. Yes, the food is still "real". Preservatives are in everything. If they were so horrible, everyone would be dead by now. The vegetible section in the grocery stores are sprayed every night with chemicals to keep the food from turning brown to quickly. Krispee Creme doghnuts don't have any preservatives in them. Problem is, you have to eat the entire box in 48 hrs or less before the doughnuts start to taste like shit! Preservatives keep the food fresh and allow McDonalds to charge a low price. Give them a break!

It is a shame that this happened. I'm not happy that 2 humans were killed by this bear but I think it is huge waste to kill such an amazing animal. I know it was self defense but the man who shot the bear was himself a deer hunter. Seems like a contradiction, we can kill them but they can't kill us, even if we invade their habitat. kbone

Uhhggg! Define "BITCH" however you want. I've had a few female bosses in my career that I don't think would match the more flattering definition that you propose. Kdog

Yah Dom, I met a guy named Michael who said that you sold him a Crossfire2 129 sq. ft. This puts him at about a 1.6 wingloading out the door. Did I mention that he had fewer than 150 jumps at the time? Kbone

I was just watching this show and they were saying the balloons were 10K above ground? It looked less than 2K! What gives?

To AAD or Not To AAD, That is the Question...
Kbone replied to Bandanarama's topic in Gear and Rigging
Both cypres2 and vigil are new devices. However, Cypres has had 12 years of experience to work out the bugs and build a good reputation among the skydiving community. When they designed the new cypres2 they were able to base their designs very closely to the original cypres. In the 18 months these 2 devices have been out, the cypres2 has never had any serious problems that I'm aware of. The only thing I can think of is the display going blank although the unit did in fact stay on and functions normally. It is just an inconvenience. How many problems has the Vigil faced? Do a search on DZ.com and there are so many problems with recalls and misfires that I've lost count! They are banned in some countries. I would like to see Vigil succeed but they have some growing pains to work out first. Kbone -
Thanks, I've also noticed somthing new on the Monterey Bay website. The Mile High club? http://www.skydivemontereybay.com/MileHigh.html When I first read this, I thought it was a joke but think they are serious! Has anyone actually done this at Monterey? Isn't the twin otter a bit loud and cramped to be doing such an activity? Kind of a cool idea. I've never seen a dropzone market their facility like this!
