I think it is about time for someone to open a DZ in Corvallis. Only 15 minutes from my house!

Any update. Drove down there Sat. morning just to find out that the DZ was shut down and the ESD's planes had all headed north for the weekend Sure Hope things change for the better soon!

Curious if anyone has any experience doing business with this company. Good or bad? I did try doing a search, and didn't come up with anything.They are advertising the Sony DCH-HC42 on sale for $389 + $25 shipping. Sounds like a good deal, but I realize that not all retailers are equal. Ps. No intentions of flying a camera at this point in the game. Just looking for something that I can get people to video my landings with for now, yet the right camera to leave my options open down the road.Thanks for any advise.

I respect the views about going the used route. I have been watching the classifieds here and on other sites reguarly. My problem is that I don't fit what appears to be the average size for gear. I am about 155lb, but only 5'3" short

I know this past summer Aerodyne was offering a discount on a complete Icon/Pilot/Smart package. I missed my chance, and was curious if anyone knows of any similar deals being offered by any retailers. Package deal including a cypress would be even better. Thanks, Justin
