I am a 17 year old Private Pilot and I find it ridiculous that I can fly a plane but not jump out of one. I am a student at a major aeronautical university and live on my own so I am independant of my parents. My buddies want to try a tandem jump and I would would like to go with them. I understand that I need to be 18 to sign a waiver. Would my ID be requested from the skydive school before signing a waiver?
