Yeah, if you say so....i call it boring. No one is here this week BESIDES me. I would like to see the video this weekend of the jump if you don't mind, Conway. I'll be out there from Friday afternoon on. Have a great jump. I am sure it is going to be amazing.

That's awesome!! My mom did her first jump back in August and is ready to go again. She plans to go 2nd tandem for her 50th bday coming up!

HAHA yup yup!! 69 and ready to move forward! I have received a very unexpected financial blessing and I'm planning on doing a lot of jumps on the 1st! BE READY!!! Oh, and from the way it sounds I didn't miss out on too much that last jump I bailed out on!! HAAHA

LOL I knew someone would bring that up! Temps are suppose to be down in the LOW 30's tonight..and then hit the mid to upper 20's for the next few nights...daytime will be around 45-50 or something..BURRRRRRRRRRRRRR

So, I hear that Waller and Aggieland will be closed for the New Year. I was just wondering how many people in the Texas / Houston area are planning on coming out and jumping at Spaceland to bring in the new year?

Hey there Heidi. Just some information from me. When I went through the program out there I had an instructor that went WAY out of his way to get me graduated before he moved back home. We got myself graduated on Sunday, and he was road tripping it back home that next Tuesday. I knew he passed up 'faster money' (tandems) by spending so much time with me when we were winded out or whatever. At the end of the program when I graduated, and the last night he was in town, I gave him a card with some 'small bills' in it. It was just to show my appreciation for how much time EXTRA he gave me. He really made skydiving something spectacular to me, and he taught me how to FLY. If you feel your instructors are going out of their way for you, or are doing an amazing job, I think it is an honest gesture to kick them down a few bucks. Just my opinion though....
