My room mate and I play all the time. that doesn't mean that we are any good. but we still play. After working on it last night with help from everyone !!! The lightbulb went off and I understood what I was doing. well not 100% more lie 60% but better then nothing. I need to convert 35 Nautical miles ( hour) to Statute miles (hour). and visa versa. I know 6067 feet =1 knot, and to get from knots to miles I have to go, 1 knot over 1hour times 6067 feet over 1knot times 1mile over 5280 feet (( next step??)) and I need to get the time in there somewhere so would it be 1 hour = 6 min or 1hour = 3600 seconds? Or am I missing the whole thing completely?? it is a bit confusing over the post. So here is the link to the homework it is on page 7 of 9. I just started Oceanography and it is a bit over my head at this point. Thanks so much.

There is the Hard Rock Cafe, and the Haunted History tours if you are into that kind of stuff. The zoo is pretty cool and so is the Aquarium. Gambling at the Casino don't remember the name of it but is just outside of French Quarter. Have fun !! Garbage bags do not make good parachutes.

Fitness people! How to minimize soreness from a workout?

Like every one else Water and Stretching. But if you push yourself to do that extra bench or sit up, ect. you will most likely feel it the next day. There is this great stuff called Quinine, it is homeopathic and it helps with soreness. best stuff in the entire world. You can get it at the Natural and Health food store. I always listen to classical music. Mainly because I am a classically trained musician, Piano for 7 years and Flute for 11 years and counting. I prefer more hard core classical. lots of Brass and light on the strings. like Damnation of Faust by Hector Borlizos (sp??) That is the only one I can think of right now. ( only one cup of coffee so far today) Every now and then I will listen to a lighter piece, mainly because I will have to play it in the Symphony. If you need any recommendations _pm me. Heather . I love Spaceballs. I have seen it so many times I know all the words. I'm not sure if that is a good thing or a bad thing. Every time that I need a laugh I pop in the DVD and feel much better after Can't wait till it comes out. Heather . Garbage bags do not make good parachutes.
