One post, and that's it? t It's the year of the Pig.

0/26 I like to know who I'm dealing with when they stumble into "my" forums... t It's the year of the Pig.

Do you have a time machine? http://www.firstworldwar.com/atoz/dumdum.htm t It's the year of the Pig.

Latest. http://www.formula1.com/race/news/3212/740.html Seems they knew they would not race - and never informed anyone, which is contrary to the rules. Wonder if they will be banned for 2 races like BAR was. t It's the year of the Pig.

I voted yes. If you're the SO and you're not keen, you can always decline. That way one party in the relationship doesn't have to wait in hope for something that may never happen. Tradition, of course, allows women to propose in a leap year. t It's the year of the Pig.

Why do some people have more mal's than others

Body position? Ah. I'll have to work at that. t It's the year of the Pig. -
Latest from F1.com... FIA summons all Michelin teams.. http://www.formula1.com/race/news/3209/740.html Now that's telling em! t It's the year of the Pig.

So if I were in a team that could score no points - why would I want to trash the engine I need to use in France in 2 weeks time? And if a "racing incident" takes out a Bridgestone runner? C'mon. One side has nothing to lose in that kind of race, and nothing to gain except spoil someone elses race. t It's the year of the Pig.

No. "Tires" is a term used to describe how someone feels, as an example, "The athlete tires as he runs." Tyres are what go on the wheels of a car. t It's the year of the Pig.

I don't agree with the addition of the chicane. The cars never qualified with the chicane. The cars were not set up for the chicane. The chicane offered no run off and faced the wall. If Ferrari had requested a chicane added in Barain, Rubens tyres may have lasted the race. Is it really up to the teams to deciede what they like and don't like about a track? If I'm at Nationals, and one manufacturer releases a service bulitin on their gear, should I not compete if my gear built by a rival manufacturer is airworthy? Ferrari, Jordan and Minardi did what they went there to do. They raced on a track which has been available for testing for a year. After Ralph hitting the wall on turn 13 at last years US F1 GP after a Michelin tyre failure, you'd have thought they'd have done their homework. t It's the year of the Pig.

So... after Michelin turned up with Tyres that don't work, and all the Michelin teams withdrew after the formation lap, the Brigestone teams went on to score points. A "hollow Victory." Tell me what you think. It's the year of the Pig.

Wow. I had no problem getting forward speed out of it at all. I'd be keen to hear your tips when my demo arrives! t It's the year of the Pig.

That sounds odd. I have... err.. 17 or 18 chops. I use one hand per handle and am NEVER superquick on no 2. I tend to rush the decision and never do in-air rigging. My drill works for me. I'm changing nothing. t It's the year of the Pig.

I have no experience with a 206 Turbine, but a couple of thousand jumps from a 206 Turbo. 20 min still seems a long time at 1200 ft per min. That's 10 min to get there. What do you do for the next 10 min? t It's the year of the Pig.

7 Tandem malfunctions, the last one a double mal. I don't do Tandems anymore. t It's the year of the Pig.

Well, maybe it's not a myth for performance variable canopies then. I've had dozens of canopies. I've never done subterminals, and I have no problems with any of my canopies. t It's the year of the Pig.

I think it's a myth. I heard it in 1985 and thought it was bull then, still think so now. You should be checking trim on a canopy every 200 jumps or so, which for me is every reserve packjob. I've never done this "breaking in" process and have no negative stories to tell. t It's the year of the Pig.

Turbine, or Turbo? The times you quote are OK for a turbo, but SUCK for a turbine. t It's the year of the Pig.

I am! I'm always amazed by how far people fly after a near vertical impact. How many points they would score for post impact gymnastics. How some bits are so totally nailed, but their Pro Track still works fine. How a watch can nearly take your hand off when the hand stops and the watch keeps going. Stuff like that is shockingly cool, like Quality Control breaking things to see how strong they are. Testing humans to distruction. I don't like it. I don't want it to happen, but if the meat grinder must be fed, better it be fed by someone other than me or my students! t It's the year of the Pig.

T and I did a Birdman from 20000ft in Eloy in Dec. O2 went on at 10000ft, and we stayed on it, even using others discarded masks on the trip to the door. We did a 4 min 2 way, had a great time and did 6 other birdman dives from 14000ft that day. We've both climbed (that's rock) to 19000ft+ and we both live at 5000ft ASL. It helps being a little older too, and knowing yourself well. Everything LouDiamond has written is correct. There are many ways to do high altitude jumps, cut some costs and stay safer than doing nothing, but there is really only one way to do it correctly. We like to think our skills, experience, ego, fitness etc will protect us when things fail, but without O2 in our systems - none of that means a thing. t It's the year of the Pig.

I've never scotchguarded a rig. If it's such a good idea, why don't the manufacturers offer it as an option? They do Birdman mods, tye die, etc. Why not Scotchguard? Best way to keep your rig clean is not to get it dirty. That works for me. t It's the year of the Pig.

I own a G3 and a G4. I got the G4 about 17 months back - it has about 500 dives on it, looks new and feels fantastic. I was getting tired of putting my wingsuit on the rig and taking it off every week, so I decieded to get another rig. I got a G3 cos the elasticated lumbar support on the G4 makes it a shade more complex hooking up the suit. Mirage did all the Birdman mods on the G3 too. The G3 is relatively new, with only 30 or so dives on it, but when I'm doing regular dives with it, I can't feel the difference between it and the G4. Both have PD 126R's, a Stilleto 107 in the G4 and a Safire 109 in the G3. I'm really happy with both of them. I know nothing of infinities. I don't think one has ever made it to South Africa. t It's the year of the Pig.
