If you work and will be staying in Santa Ana, John Wayne Airport is best. If you want to drive to work and deal with traffic 1 1/2hr. each way then Ontario. High heels and suits on week days, jump suit on weekends. I went to a luncheon one day with a group of contractors & land developer guys....when they saw my license plate (PINCHEK)...one asked me what it means. The people, the friendly atmosphere....a place where everyone gets along regardless of shape, size, ethnic backgrounds, positions, titles. Everyone just becomes one big happy family. I like to hang out at my home dz is b/c it's a place where I go to relax and forget the everyday rat race. It's also a place where I'm allowed to be me whether to be loud & obnoxious (not to the peeps), or quiet in my own little world. "Love is doing small things with great love." Although the two dropzones are pretty close to each other...you could choose to spend some time with each dropzone that way...you could have an idea of which dropzone you like best for the next visit. My personal choice is Skydive Elsinore...the people there are great/friendly...you'll find that Skydive Elsinore is the friendliest dropzone. "Love is doing small things with great love." I was a whuffo, if you ask me what I think of skydiving 5 years ago....I'd probably say that you're insane. Growing up, I lived a very shelter life....my mom was very protective so therefore, I wasn't allowed to try anything fun/different/adventurous. However, people do change. My whole perspective of life changed after I had my son. It was then that I thought life is too short not to try anything/everything at least once just to say that "I've been there, done that!" I was fortunate enough to have met & became friends with the friends that I have now, b/c they have allowed me to be myself and encouraged me to try different things. So, I was introduced to rock climbing, white water rafting (level 4+-5 is awesome), target shooting (now I'm working on becoming a marksman & own 4 guns), and last but not least - skydiving...last year when a friend said "wanna go skydiving?", my immidiate response were: "sure, let's go!" - I've been hooked eversince, now holding an "A" license and jump every chance I get.
