    yess there is ground effect that can affect landing of anything planes, wing suits canopies etc.... the aircraft pilots are the only ones ho could really answer you question. about the chuteless ws who dived for speed swoop and survive thats bull #$#@. even if you dive the suit and then swoop you can kill all your vertical speed for a split of second you will get a little sweet point with no margin for error, but you still going 100 M/ph forward speed. do the math.     wow thats a hard spin!! I got a question, a friend of mine was jumping a sky board and he wenth into a spin and because of the G-forces he blacked out. luckily we woke up at 4.000 ft with no table on hes feet. my question is: could you black out becouse of G-forces due to a severe spin in a wing suit???     truth gunnar and I try to stay together in freefall using the S-fly and I using the PF tracking suit, and we succed on the attempt we were able to be side by side flying. after we land gunnar told me "it was prety hard to go up to you, but once I did I have to fold my legs and wait for you", and remember I was max out Medusa Get Killed or Die Trying!     yess your right, I'm 6'1 high and almost 140 pounds, really really skiny. and in my first bird-man jump I used a clasic and I was able to get more glide and more distance that some of the other guys that were using S3, and I'm sure they have more wing suit experience that I do, but the way I'm built helped me even thouth my experience with wing suits is pretty low.     "I'm new in the wing suit world", in my humble opinion, wing suits were created to increases your delay during freefall, and to cover more distance during freefall. all other things such as maneuvrability, aerobatics, fast inflation...etc, can be put in second place when you are looking for the best wing suit. for me THE BEST SUIT is the one that you can get the more delay and cover the more distance with.     guunar is right, thanks to all the wing suit people back in Z-hills you guys help me alot and give me alot of tips to accomplish something I have always wanted to do. Don't worry Gunnar, some day we will get that bird man rodeo with a tube exit, any way we were able to keep side by side the bird man suit and the tracking suit, now that was prety cool!     Still $588 that’s lot money! I have made 100 jumps with my helmet and it has never come off, maybe is because I haven’t made many jumps with it! But number of jumps with the helmet shouldn’t count as a fact, because the more jumps you made the better you are suppose to become. My guess is a helmet coming off is because of a bad body position or bad head position (is not fault of any helmet manufacture). I find my helmet to be comfortable, cool looking, with all the gadgets and the best of all cheap. It suit my necessities and I happy for all the gadgets that I was able to get with only $353 dollars.     They might be others helmets out there that might be better that RAWAS but: COOKIE COMPOSITES Mxv BlackBox Complete System $529.18 FIBREZONE COMPOSITES Hookr 'Hard Deck'(AUD with box included) $600.00 And still no: double camera mount bite switch still camera bracket (horizontal,vertical) Some people are saying that RAWA have some quality issues.     I know it looks like I'm a dealer but I'm not. I just support the products I like, and help my fellow’s skydivers to save some money.     well in your case you need to have different camera boxes to place your cameras. but I did mat and lets see: 1 BONEHEAD OPTIK $298 3 BONE HEAD D-BOX SHELL FOR SONY DIGITAL CAMERA $170 x 3 = $510 1 GOLDMEMBER QUICK RELEASE $85 1 BONEHAD CHINCUP $65 1 BITE SWITCH $35 TOTAL: $993 with all that money I can put 66 more dollars and I can have: 3 RAWAS (one for each camera) and that include: 3 bite switches. 3 horizontal still cameras mount. 3 vertical still cameras mount. 3 chincups.
