currently unemployed. need to find a job to make money to pay for jump tickets. need insurance before i jump. can't risk getting an injury and going completely bankrupt!!

I just moved down to MD (annapolis area). I'm looking for a new DZ. so far the closest ones are Parachutes are fun (in Salisbury) and skydive Orange. I'm leaning towards Orange. can anyone tell me a little bit more about the place? how does it compare to X Keys? are there places to stay? should I bring a tent? thanks a bunch!! blue skies!

Don't quit your job until you got something else lined up. I made that mistake. quit back in February. still trying to find something. ran out of money, have since moved home to live w/ my parents and try to get out of debt. it really sucks cause now i can't skydive. i'm 24 and still controlled by my parents. he'll only help me find a job and let me live here if i abide by his rules. home by 2 am. can't stay out. can't spend money i don't have (no more credit cards..). i'm not allowed to go to x keys to see Raff cause i can't put gas in my car. jumping is out of the question. kinda blows. so don't quit your job!!!!! I just gave my two weeks notice at work. Since I'm gonna be interviewing for jobs now, I figure it's a good thing I didn't dread my hair!!! I don't have anything lined up, but just realized the other day that I need to quit my job. Time to move on and do something with my life. Plus, now that I'm living at Cross Keys, it's too long of a commute to get to Chalfont, PA. PMS #165 Swooo #613 CSA #687

I voted skydiving. There's always masturbation. What can replace skydiving?! I admit it could be because I've only just started skydiving and I think it's the greatest thing in the world. I've been having sex for a little longer than I've been skydiving. Sometimes you're just not in the mood for intercourse. Dry humping is a clean alternative and can be fun as well. I went in for a haircut on Saturday. I have long, thick, brown hair. It gets really curly when it's humid out and takes forever to blow dry. It looks good when I straighten it, but that can take a good 30 minutes. I want a change. It was suggested I try dreads. At first I thought it was an awful idea. I used to think they were disgusting until I met my boyfriend's father, who had dreadlocks down to his ass. They were so cool looking! And so much easier to deal with. I do shower and I would continue to wash my hair, so it wouldn't be a cleanliness issue. I am respected by my co-workers and customers and don't feel they would think less of me for my hairstyle. Some may even like it. I know it wouldn't give off the best impression if I were going on a job interview. But I'm not. I have a secure position w/ my company and would not let my hair disrespect anyone. My puppy has dread locks behind his ears.
