    Yeah the fire is out but Elsinore is still smokin!!!!!!!! I bought my first case "O" beer for passing AFF-8 and got a couple of Solo's in. (before drinking da beer). TO my ELSINORE INSTRUCTORS: Big thanks for your encouragement and all the help. It was the greatest weekend yet. Except for those Jello-shots------------Did somebody get a hold of some government recipe for TIMED RELEASED alcohol or what!!! Yeah I got my ass kicked by Jello. No one warned me about the extra caricular activities at the DZ"s. NUR ZUM SPASS

    I just did level 3,4,and 5 last Saturday at Elsinore... Sounded like a good idea when I was paying for the jumps in the morning........Level 3 and 4 went fine.....Level 5 I was a complete mess... As Nightngale put it, you get tired fast and when your tired its that much more difficult.... I think I learned from that mistake... Oh and give some time between jumps and Eat something.. The rush has no Calories....... NUR ZUM SPASS

    It was a Base Jump. I believe it was something around 350 ft. I was in Houston last week working on the lighting for the Half time show and got to see the guys practicing the jumps. It was insane! I was looking to meet them but security was crazy and I could'nt get to the field fast enough. I will post pictures later from the rehearsals. NUR ZUM SPASS

    I'm on student status and just hit my first bad day of Skydiving--------or should I say lack of skydiving. I got to the dropzone early on Sunday and was looking forward to knocking off a few aff levels but the winds were buzzing 15-20 . I waited and waited but no change. It was good to watch and learn as the experienced jumpers delt with the conditions, but getting bumped still sucked. I know as a newbie that this situation is bound to happen again. Just wondering what any of you thought about it and your best advice to deal with it.------------- NUR ZUM SPASS

    Wondering if there is such a thing as too fast in the beginning. My first jump was two weeks ago I was hooked. Went back last week for 2 and 3 and will attempt level 4 and 5 on Sunday. All week I think about jumping and probably spend way too much time surfin the forum and every site imaginable under "Sky Diving" If the bosses only knew!!!!!!!! Question to all: Is there such a thing as too fast around the DZ's. Am I heading for a come down? NUR ZUM SPASS
