Ya above all like Bodypilot said Relax. Think about what you have to do but be relaxed about it and have fun, everything will go better.

I thinks the dumbest dive would be the Metallica Dive. That's where you get enough people together to spell out "Metallica Rocks" in the air.

The G4 closes with the left flap then the right then the pin, but I heard in some cases this could cause a pilot chute in tow problem if there is a little slack in the pilot chute bridle under the protective flap and if it were to catch on the right flap edge under there. I heard its better the go with the right flap then the left flap down then the pin because it can't snag the pilot chut bridle in that configeration when the chute is being pulled out of the right side on deployment. Any thoughts. Mirage has the flaps numberd left then right. MD MD

How angry would you be if you went in?
Muppetdog replied to Skylark's topic in General Skydiving Discussions
I would feel a bit flat maybe sqooshy. Then I would rise up from my body and look down at it and say "f**k he does not look good" Then I would fly to the nearist highschool girls locker room and try to guess how flexable they each were as they changed in between gym classes. Then I would think at that point God would say "dude that's enough, time to come jump out of that Otter in the sky, ahh... the sky in heven". God, you so crazy. -
Jumping with Mannequin, Good Idea or Anit social?
Muppetdog replied to Muppetdog's topic in General Skydiving Discussions
If you dressed it up like a skydiver and had a good spot you could find it every time. It would have to be sturdy so it did not get to uhh.. broken on it's non parchute PFL landings. You could look over at it in free fall and be like " hey man your doing good" or "you need to adjust your fall rate". You could do two ways and free fly together. What do you guys think. The only thing would be, ever time you deployed and watched for him to deploy you would be like "pull man, pull" but he never would make it. Oh well get out the screw gun and quickly pack before the next load. -
Sounds like fun. It would be could If you drifted into a town and had to land in the Git 'n' Go or somting.

How do you know if your stow bands are to tight? I use small bands because of the microline and install the bands so they go through eachother a couple of times to make them tighter. I had to do this cuz they where just to loose putting them on the reg way. Is there such thing as stow bands to tight? thanks guy, MD

I think I would be cool If some one could find a way to ge a bunch if people in a bass boat and push it out the door, Over un-populated territory of course. Really it does not have to be a bass boat but any boat of some size. I wonder how boats fall? MD

I would go with: Blue Skies My theropist says to be positive -
Here is another question for you G4 guys. How much force does it take to pull your pin. What is the best way to measure that? do you measure it with the pilot chute in the poutch and the flap over the pin? MD
-
On my G4 bag (probably like every one elses's) is has it where you stow the last loops of line down 4 sets or bands on ether side to the last one in the middle (on my canopy it takes 4 bands on each side because the line is long. Mirage said that is ok). My question is, how tight should the last stows be? I am using small bands but they I don't know how tight they should be. They might seem a little loose. Thanks, MD

The links are 1 7/8" by 3/4 " and the slider can fit over them. So I should get the mini ones huh? MD
