Skydive Atlanta is a great DZ... fast plane, nice people, facilities are nice, etc. Night life is fun. Great place to make lots of jumps! Skydive the Farm is nice as well... Pretty scenary!! Especially if you wanna make a few jumps and just chill.. Check them both out! ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Be the change you wish to see in the world!

If you are able to...do not just focus on stretching only your low back..an all around stretching will help more than anything... For you low back however: Lay on your back and bring your knees to your chest...you can then also slowly lower your legs to one side to get a diff. stretch... I would also recommend seeing a massage therapist, one that specializes in neuromuscular and clinical therapy (deep tissue), and Thai massage (assisted yoga)... Unsafe parts of Thomaston.... down 19 going south... not so great! stay near the North side of town.... Check out Griffin.. I lived there for a year and it is 25 mins from the DZ and 1 hr away from Atlanta...
