I have the new version of the Time Out by Cool N Groovy...it's realy thin, not like the old thick ice cube looking ones. it has three tones...break off(which is adjustable), min main deployment(2500) and holy shit your gonna die tone at 1500....the main and holy shit tones are not adjustable.... one thing about the dyter's...I could never hear those in my bone head millenium...just seems like the Time Out is ALOT louder to me...but hey YMMV... I had them leave a 1500 dollar package on my front steps....not a big deal really in my neighborhood...except that I was at the firehouse for 48 plus hours and then went to see Anne for a long visit for another 36 hours....thank goodness it was still there..... This is why I wear gloves year round. so there is no difference in feel during the winter....I wear winter weight gloves year round for the most part. sometimes on really hot days in the summer I will wear the summer weights. Marc otherwise known as Mr.Fallinwoman....

You will not be able to register it in any state that I know of...I'm a member of the hummer owners group newsletter as I at one time drove a hummer almost every day for work...people have been complaining that they buy a used military hummer from surplus then find out they can't license it.... oh yeah...my hummer was the BOMB baby....gotta love gov't jobs... and given the money I'd buy an H1 or H2...I like em both...
