ummmm....I dont know. The dumbest thing I ever did probably was on the job. We had a house fire and the cheif told us not to go in because the roof looked like shit. BUT there was a 3 year old in the upstairs bed room. well me being the good 1st yr rookie told my deputy chief to fuck off and my partner and I went on air and saved the little bastard...only to have the roof come down on us as we exited onto the vestibule...that sucked..knocked me down and my partner too..we spent a few days in the hospital and then the numb nuts ass kissing Deputy gave my partner and an unpaid 2 week vacation for risking our lives!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! FQR...that is why I am no longer a fire fighter...I think I will stay with the EMS side... Marc Because I fly, I envy no man on earth -

Thats me....the only time I had ever been in the hospital up to that point was caused by one of those things. It made me so sick I was in there for two weeks.....that sucks!!!! then a year later I spent WAY too much time in the hospital for something else... Marc Because I fly, I envy no man on earth

Undiagnosed syncope is VERY dangerous. You probably already know that you must get scene by a physician pronto. hopefully it was just being tired combined with some hypoxia up high....but many bad things can cause it..so get evaluated..PLEASE!!!!! Marc Because I fly, I envy no man on earth

Who cares if it is funky looking...it is different. I dont think the ratchet is flimsy at all...I was doing a sit with mine on and had no problems at all..and you know how fast I fall... well speaking from some one that owns one and jumps one this is NOT true at all. I much worst vision restrictions jumping the Z-1 or the oxygns...I find my vision is better than eather of those. this is a non issue...and I am still a bit confused how you see it as a snag point. most canopie collisions would happen just after deployment, when you have the shield down. for the most part I dont even flip it up.....only on the plane before the jump. another non truth....the face part would be supported by the areas near the TMJ joints of the face. not by the ratchet. if you were struck from the front. the ratchet wouldnt be involved.. Mike...put one on and REALLY look at it...it is a well built and put together helmet...and yes it does look funky Marc Because I fly, I envy no man on earth

I own a Bone head Havok, It works great with my glasses on. it is expensive but only a couple bucks more than an oxygen. and overall I am much happier with my Havok than I was with the oxygen. plus you can bake it for that custom fit. Only problem is...I keep saying things like..."come to the dark side"...all in all , a great helmet Marc Because I fly, I envy no man on earth

after having jumped both a sabre 2 210 and a hornet 210(that I own) onthe same day in the same weather conditions. and both loaded at about 1.23. I really cant say that I noticed that much of a difference at all. Except the higher price on the PD. I did notice that my hornet plains out from a front riser maneuver faster than the sabre 2 which tends to dive a bit more. but all in all they are very equal. or at least thats what it seamed to me. they day I jumped them (I put 4 jumps on each) was hot and no wind. I would say flare power and turning response are very good and equal. at least that was my experience with em...hope it helps. I say go with the pisa...save the dough...
