You've gotta be really careful with that one. It may seem like the DVR reduces your TV face time, but it's like that first hit of crack that's free. Soon you'll find yourself recording things that are on while you're at work, or at the DZ, and before you know it you'll have 10 hours of stuff you want to watch piled up. And more often than not your life would be just as well off, if not better, if you just missed the show when it was on. But you have to watch it now, it's recorded. It's a compulsion. -

One unexpected result of running: it's cured both my caffeine addiction and my insomnia. I actually have energy during the day, all day long, and then at night I'm actually tired from the day. It used to be vice versa. And on running days I actually look forward to the evening so I can run. Bizarre. -

Nice choos mane! I just got back from my run, and I was just about to post this thread, but you beat me to it. Today is the first day of week three, but like many others I redid week one last week, so I started week 2 today. Like Kelel01 said earlier, the increments are longer, but there's less of them! It was a lot easier than I expected actually. Are they on the inside edge or the outside edge of the legstrap? Is the rig big on you? If they're on the inside edge and the container is pretty big on you, they might be the loops used to tie a bungie for sit flying. It's a stretch, but it's a possibility.
