  1. No problem John you see, I just calculate my velocity V, multiplied by mass M, over time T, add barometric pressure, angle of attack... ...and if everything goes to hell, then I just use Joe for a back stop before sliding in. Voila [(V x M) / T]+ B, A = woohoo,...if then else 'crunch Joe'
  2. Yep, the quick axe position! Don't forget to duct tape the hat on!
  3. Informative and educational, thank you. I was a little confused until I realized the sequence was drawn form 4 dives.
  4. Are talking about the incident in Batavia in 2000, or is there more then one incident like that?
  5. The good jumpers are in Perris that weekend for the World Pops 120-way. Beside, the last time we jumped together you charged $90/jump and at those prices I'm going to find a better place. Good Luck on the 20-ways
  6. Yes, with your help Fiona, we're going to set a new sequential record in Florida.
  7. Did anyone save the article? i can't seem to bring it up out of the newspaper archives.
  8. I hear of the passing of US Paraski Team great Brett Pendleton in a skiing accident, apparently going off course during a race. Can anyone confirm or add information, time, location, curriculum vitae... André
  9. If you double-clic on the diagram, it comes up larger.
  10. hmm....no Make sure you concentrate on keeping your toes and ankles curled around the leading edge, 'cause as soon as you relax, you slip off. Give your camera, with a shoulder strap, to the pilot so he can snap the photo while you blow kisses to the occupants still inside. If you slip off, then it's good dive practice for your team mate.
  11. Forgive me for the reminder. It's really a lot of fun!
  12. Jim Sadly we never got to meet while we were at TSR. We do appreciate the work you did on the web site and all. Conway was on the same plane as i and i can assure you he's the best. Conway is the best darn Otter door operator i've seen in a long time. Saturday August 28th is the Steve West Memorial 8-way meet at Burnaby. Mostly pick-up teams. You have to be there early and work the crowd. I had Lee McMillian on my team 4 years ago. We called ourselves Texas Thunder. Then later, we're going to Frontier Skydivers in Wilson NY(about an hour away)for a 16-way Pops night jump. We hold the current World Night Pops Large Formation Record at twelve. You're right, the forecast is not great, but if you need more information about skydiving in the area or the local culture or...give me a call. Andre H. 416 287-9655 C. 416 277-4791 Quote
