  1. I actually know a great deal about the assault on Waco. When I was in the Navy our unit did some research on 2 assault disasters. One was Waco with the other being the 1972 Munich fiasco at the olympics. Our studies were specifically focused on what they did right and what was botched. More importantly, what could have been done differently so if we were ever put in a similiar situation we wouldn't be repeating mistakes of the past. If you want specific details I would be more than happy to PM you with tons. If not here's a quick conclusion. 1. Too much confusion among various agencies. 2. Poorly trained assault teams. Forty-two
  2. Someone please tell me what the fuck this thread is supposed to be here for*** I have no idea. I quit reading right after the poster quoted Abraham as saying, "like no way" and, "my wife is too old. He decided to bump uglies." Something told me the rest wouldn't be much more educational nor enlightening. Forty-two
  3. You ever notice how "Unnamed Official" seems to equate to Vast Right Wing Conspiracy? *** Heh. Only they weren't "unnamed officials" like he mistakenly quoted. They were archive staff. Big difference. Honestly, half the time these liberal nutjobs don't even know why they're defending a topic. They just know they're suppoded to. Sad. Forty-two
  4. You're right. I didn't quote the next paragraph(s). What would the point of that be? Forty-two
  5. Thought it would be fun to post all of his flip flops in one thread. Should be interesting. I'll go first. “George, I said at the time I would have preferred if we had given diplomacy a greater opportunity, but I think it was the right decision to disarm Saddam Hussein, and when the President made the decision, I supported him, and I support the fact that we did disarm him.” (ABC News, Democrat Presidential Candidate Debate, Columbia, SC, 5/4/03) Quite different than the stance he's taking now. 6. It wasn't "R"? Wasn't paying attention. Yes, more violence would have been good. Tell me how I, Robots is. Looks awesome. Forty-two
  7. I'm starting a fund to get you thicker glasses. LOOK HERE PHILLY KEV!!!!!!!!!!!!! In case that is overlooked I'll quote something from the article. Law enforcement sources said archive staff told FBI agents they saw Berger placing items in his jacket and pants, and one archive staffer told agents that Berger also placed something in his socks. 8. ROFL. Give it up. You're grasping at straws. Get better material. Forty-two
  9. The movie was excellent. Definitly worth checking out. Of course, you can't go wrong with any movie produced by Jerry Bruckheimer. Clive Owen (Arthur) and Ioan Gruffudd (Lancelot) were magnificent. Great performances. Keira Knightley was good as well (not to mention fine as hell). This weekend I'm off to see I, Robot and Anchorman. I'm behind on my movie habit addiction. Forty-two
  10. Hmmmm. Easy to post topics. I'll wait and watch for you to defend Bush blindly in a debate on these forums the same way you blindly defend Kerry and every other democrat. Forty-two
  11. Welcome to the present. Glad you could make it. I've read it on several websites and heard it on CNN and CBS. He stuffed them down his pants and in his socks. Uh oh. I cringe at the media labeling this, "Trouser Gate." Forty-two
  12. Please...don't ever make me laugh like that again. Next time you are about to type something hysterical give us fair warning. I just snorted cola out my nose. Fucker stings! Forty-two
  13. Nothing is contradicting. Read and comprehend better. Forty-two
  14. For a minute I thought you were John "Flip-Flop" Kerry. Scared me for a moment. Glad you're back with us safe. Forty-two
  15. You're reaching, bro. When it comes to music you know ahead of time what songs the artist sings. If you go to a Charlie Daniels concert you know that there's a chance he may play that song. If you're offended by it then don't attend. Period. Simple. But don't pull that crap where you sing your normal songs and now that you have an audience you want to try and spew your shit politics on me. That's horseshit. You know ahead of time if the artist has political overtones in their music. You do not, however, know if the artist is going to start acting like a jackass and beging to praise a man who should have the shit beat out of him repetedly and perhaps worse. Ever watch the SNL skit where John McCain is singing Barbara Streisand songs really bad and off key? Then at the end he says, "Now doesn't it seem pretty stupid that I'm up here pretending to be a singer?" Forty-two
  16. Would have to read about the incident before I make any conclusions or opinions on the matter. No idea of the incident you're referring to. Forty-two
  17. I usually do not respond to your comments because most of them are way off base and not remotely related to the topics. Like this one. Apples and oranges. Apples and oranges my friend. See, the major difference in the radio and concerts is you pay to go into a concert. Radio is free. You can turn the nob anytime you wish effortlessly and not be inconvenienced any further. Concerts are different. You aren't so quick to walk out after you've shelled out 50+ bucks. So no one is being held hostage by the radio. Not unless all 34 stations have an artist begin their song praising Michael Moron and spewing their bullshit politics onto me. And last I checked that wasn't happening. Forty-two
  18. Great. Lots of forums for that. This forum happens to not be one of those places. If you need a further description of the purpose of each forum (in addition to the description already listed in black and white) PM and I'll help you out. If you don't want to hear people blabber then I would suggest you go elsewhere...maybe to a forum that doesn't promote people voicing their opinions. Unfortunatley there are a vast majority of people in this world who are misguided and warped when it comes to many topics...mostly politics. Can't do anything about it but laugh at them and hope they one day come around. Other than that what someone thinks doesn't bother me in the least. I don't lose a nanosecond of sleep over it. Forty-two
  19. Maybe if she wasn't a female the thought would have crossed my mind. I pay to go to concerts to hear them play and sing...not blabber their misguided and skewed political ideas. Forty-two
  20. I probably would have done the same thing. Forty-two
  21. Amen. I love establishments that stand up to these losers. Hooyah for them. Forty-two
  22. Not a contradiction at all. Forty-two
  23. Clicky Ronstadt was kicked out of a hotel in Vegas for doing what no celebrity should do...use their status to push their political views on us. When are they going to learn that we don't give a hairy fuck what they think? Give up blurting out your distorted political views and stick to singing, "Love is like a heatwave" and all those other cheesy duets you did with James Ingram and Aaron Neville. Forty-two
