    I think it happened to me because most of my jumps are solo and I go where I am looking. Liking not flying purposefully in a straight line but going where I am looking and then fixing(overcompensating) because oops got too close....repeat. I am assuming it will fix itself with more flocking experience. Kris.

    I think he is talking about inexperienced pilots buzzing around instead of flying in a straight line. You could be buzzing around and still fly a pattern. You would notice this on flock. I was buzzing around quite a bit on my first few flocks. Kris.

    I went on my first jump with a BMI. I paid for my jumpticket. The DZ pays for his slot whenever he takes a student on his/her first flight. Kris.

    This is true. I only had 262 jumps when I arrived at the WFFC. I had over 50 wingsuit jumps in the two months leading up to the WFFC though. I was allowed to jump a wingsuit there. Kris.

    Very interesting!! I have 2.1.2 and have not had this issue. Ofcourse I am probably not falling slow enough to cause this problem. From the alti-2 website I love the first change to the firmware. I must update to the latest version. Kris.

    According to what I heard, the plane was a King air. Not an SDC plane. Kris.

    It is in the SIM. It has nothing to do with the convention. I made close to 100 jumps in May so I could jump a wingsuit. And it is 200 current jumps, i.e within the last 18 months. Don't be so pessimistic, there will be a demo within reach. Kris.

    Congrats!! I saw you take the Barbie doll(you were all geared up) and assumed it was for a PM pass. I don't remember their names but looks like the guy in the Green and white S3 got some good pics. Kris.

    My brother is also a skydiver. I met atleast two others in Houston. One of those two is on these forums under the screen name Scorpion. One on the newbies that made a post in this forum Amit is Indian. There must be more.

    I can certainly understand Bill's argument. I will also log my wingsuit time as FF time. O.k, I should have said longest skydive and it would have been the PC thing to say. I intended to arouse the interest of some of the DZ.comers that were not aware of the extented skydive times that one can get in a wingsuit. That is why I posted that number in a high altitude / low altitude thread. Is tracking in any suit with booties really freefall? Anyways.... Highest Altitude : 22900 (Mullins KingAir...love this aircraft) Lowest Altitude : No changes Longest skydive : 3 minutes 31 secs. Kris.

    USPA accepts wingsuit fall time for logging towards your freefall time. I am sure you knew that. So I don't see your point.
