    I have yet to do my first AFF, but I heard that relaxing helps stabilizes you when you're in freefall. I'm trying to get tips for myself too when I go. You relax after you arch right? I'm so funny I crack my head open! P.M.S. #102

    I think I must have a fear of losing all my friends because I have dreams constantly where they all die. I am also scared of living my life alone in a one-room shack with 20 million cats.     I don't keep one, but I wish I did. I've had so many experiences that I wish I would have written down, so I could go back and read a few years down the road and remember exactly how I felt that day.
