Found out this weekend that one of my ex's died

Known the guy since I was 15. Played Hockey with him for a couple years, dated him when I was younger and stayed in contact for some time after that. Saw eachother around town here and there and talked on the phone to say what's up/catch up every great while. Friend of mine told me that he just found out that he died about 2 years (or so) ago. Apparently drugs got the best of him ( stupid way to go, goddammit). I haven't had contact with him in about 3 years I'd say, last I talked to him was after I'd seen his dad at the weekend biker hangout and gave him my new cell number to give to his son. At any rate, I'm debating whether to go to his parents home (who I'd had a good relationship with, even after not dating their son) and give my condolences... or since it's been about 2 years since he died, just to let it go. They live just down the street from me (unless they've moved, which is quite possible). Rest In Peace, Bryan Miller -

No natural enemies... except us. Humans kill a hell of a lot more sharks every year than sharks kill humans. You have a better chance of dying from a bee sting than a shark bite. We are not a sharks natural enemy. The only reason we tower over them is because of the weapons we use to kill them. If we tried to kill them using nothing (like they do) they'd win everytime.

I just got new gear, and I've already budgeted jumps and the bike so I can have both.

What bike did you have before? When I was 19 I bought myself a Ninja 250, but within a few months I was riding my friends 600's and 750's. Then, to finally move up to something bigger that was my own, I sold my Ninja; then I started going back to school and just couldn't afford to get something else at the time. Been without my own bike (but have ridden since - F4i and R6) for a couple years, until today.

I've been riding for about 5 years, but it's been some time since I sold my old bike so I will be taking the MSF as a refresher.
