What is with people saying this to thin people? America is overall, an obese and disgustingly unhealthy nation and that seems to be acceptable by most people; and a lot of people who are thin and in shape are assumed to have an eating disorder or they simply don't eat enough. Maybe it's that they are healhty and not a fat pig like most people. They work out and are active instead of a lazy couch bum who eats twinkies for dinner. Ever think that maybe all thin people aren't anorexic and they just care enough about their bodies to keep it in shape, or hell, maybe they just have a speedy gonzalez metabolism. I'd say it's just as insulting to tell someone they need to eat more as it is to tell someone they are fat. /rant *and now, back to your regularly scheduled program*

Thanks! My jaw really isn't feeling any better today, it was earlier this morning but it's gone back to being the same this afternoon, however, I did go to the Oral Surgeon this morning and made an appointment to have all 4 of my wisdom teeth taken out this Thursday. Eek, I'm nervous.

Well last night was alright, I survived taking the Vicodin. Took one, didn't do much at all, took away some of the pain but not much so I took another one. Made me feel like I'd had a couple drinks and the pain was still there but it wasn't really effecting me. I was a little itchy after a while, not bad but a somewhat annoying amount. Made me tired. Overall it did it's job I guess, the pain didn't really bother me after about 20 minutes. Can't take it at work though, it makes me too tired and I have to drive to the oral surgeon in about 30 minutes. P.S. Thanks everyone for your responses and PM's.

I've never taken it and my dentist prescribed it to me for the pain in my jaw (wisdom tooth infection). What should I expect? /end stupid question

Well so does going through a metal detector to get on an airplane. It's assumed that people could be carrying a weapon so it's checked before you can board the plane. Would that not be the case with stopping a drunk driver from driving?

A wedding is more important than a weekend of partying that you can do any other weekend. Or maybe I'm the only one who gives a shit about that kind of stuff. -
If you have never been charged with a DUI then it is an invasion of privacy. If you have had a DUI...I have no problem with it if it was court ordered...And in fact I think some states already require it for repeat DUI's. But see, how is it an invasion of privacy? It's not like the thing reports it to somewhere, you just can't start your vehical. What would be the big deal about it if you weren't drinking and driving? The people I can see getting mad about this are the people who regularly drink then drive and would be mad they wouldn't be able to anymore, regardless if they have a previous conviction of DUI.

This device is a hand-held breath testing device that is connected to the vehicle. Every time before the vehicle is started, the driver must successfully complete and pass this breathalyzer-type test. What do you think about this idea? Every car having a test like this before you can start your vehical and drive it..... Would it prevent more DUI's and drunk driver deaths? Would people think it was an invasion of privacy?

Actually it is free, just cancel the offer you select and you pay nothing. If 5 people do that under your name, voila; and no one pays anything. I never got mine becaue I couldn't get 5 people to do it under me, but I know several people who have gotten iPods and TV's for nothing.
