The picture was not meant for political debate, but my mistake for posting a picture I got in my mail box.... funny to some, not funny to others.. we can't please everybody.. P.S.     Actually I had a MRI and CT at the same time.... I'm not sure exactly what they used the injection for, or if they used it for both... but I got it... and It was a strange metalic taste and kinda made you feel all warm and stuff. I was put into a whole tube for scanning, but mostly for my head. If you didn't already know, I've had a seizure problem.     I've been through it.. and it was so horrible I don't want to talk about it! ... Just kidding scuba.. You may taste metal in your mouth for a while from the screening liquid they shoot into your system.. but otherwise its a piece of cake..     I think we may come off a little different on here unless we are talking about something serious. I am much more personable in person.. I'm a touchy feely kinda gal (but not always in a sexual way) like you may think on here.     Maybe it's not that they can't live life without skydiving, it's that skydiving liberates their spirit in a certain way and they couldn't imagine their lives without that freedom anymore. If you don't undertand that, then I feel sorry for you. Another smart person! Good for you Mark.

    If you want to tone the lower pack, you have to do leg pulls or leg lifts. To do this... lie on the floor on your back and keeping your legs together and very slightly bent at the knee, lift them at a 45 degree angle and hold them there as long as you can. Do about 50-100 intervals each... Also leg pulling is when you use a heavy object and with your same position try to grab the object between your feet and pull it towards you.
