Yes.... there is "too skinny" ... I have actually been there... I would like to be almost back to a weight that the charts say is "too thin" for me... me not as bad as I once was.. I am shown to be about 10 lbs thinner than I am supposed to be.. but I very much doubt it... I think the companies that post these higher expectations for woman's weight are just paid to try to make the "woman's weight range" a higher one to minimize so many that are going through the anorexic stage right now.... I would mostly like to get back to a toner me... and I'm working on it.. but for some reason when I try to get more toned.. I almost always end up getting in the "too thin" area... but thats just calculated to the levels those companies post.. Disney World tomorrow baby!! ... We are going there for a couple of days this week... going to the dropzone one more time here on Wednesday... and then heading home soon...
