oh lord, so many incredible songs. One Particular Harbor and Tin Cup Chalice have always been two of my favorites. So many of his songs just bring out the good feelings. You can't help but smile, like Last Mango in Paris, followed by La Vie Dansante and two less known songs that always stuck a cord with me - Last Man Standing, and Schoolboy Heart ...and too many more to even read, let alone list. I agree that NPR has quality news reporting, but their talk shows generally suck . To clarify (though you know what I mean), I don't need an entire memo, but reporting what BOTH sides are saying and giving the reasons why, would please me a great deal more than just reporting what one or both are saying. Make both cases, and let people decide for themselves. Do what most teachers can't or don't anymore... encourage analytical thought! Just once, though, I would have liked to see/hear a news source reading from the AWB. People would have been running around going "WTF, this is about bayonets? I'm still convinced the only reason DC is ranked thrid for worst traffic (behind LA and NYC) is it's lack of quality public transportation. Back there, it's not that people don't take advantage of PT, it's that it just doesn't work for them. If you live and work near a Metro stop, you're in luck. Everyone else, you're S O L. Wouldn't the best way to lower gas costs be to allow car makers to relax some of the safety requirements, and allow people to choose? If cars didn't weigh ten tons, they wouldn't suck up so much gas. Taxing SUV purchasers (not a recurring fee) would be a plus as well, in my book (yes, I drive a pathfinder). OK, this sucks. I got an e-mail from yahoo administrators that an e-mail could not be delivered. Problem? I never sent the e-mail. I've been getting viruses that are 35K attachments for a few weeks now, but I sure as hell haven't openned any of them. Today, I get this message: WTF ?!? I keep norton updated, I haven't downloaded anything strange, and I sure as shit haven't openned any email attachments other than pictures. All the attachments I'm getting have this bug: ww.netsky - or something like that. (A) How do I get rid of this? (B) How the hell did I get it? (C) Why didn't Norton prevent this? I believe this is correct. Actually, most, if not all, courts take confessions and evidence that were seized across the border, whether it fits the US constitution or not. The reason is the constitution is by and large a limiting document on the US government. That's why bounty hunters and private eyes have far more "lee-way" when looking into someone. I heard two border state officers arguing about whether or not the constitution covers agents of the government when they are in foreign countries. (can you take a suspect across the border and beat a confession/information out of him?)
