    STS-116 . . .

While we are talking about space stuff, I'm on lone in Wichita Kansas right now. I went to the Cosmosphere near by. What a cool museum, I was impressed with there collection, they have the real Apollo 13, Gemini 10 and Mercury 7, one of only a few places all types of man space vehicles that have flown in space. Why in the middle of nowhere they have collection like this I have no idea. I blew up my GI Joe in his capsule with a M-80. Those hard plastic deck top models from the 1960s are worth cash. I must be real old, I remember my parents waking me up in the early morning to watch a Gemini launch. At the time they were testing the motors of the Saturn up at the rocket lad at Edwards AFB not far from my home, it would light up the night sky Only the good die young, so I have found immortality,

  5. you right, I can't read very well when I first get up, it's still not bad for .45 Only the good die young, so I have found immortality,
  6. It's called a trailing cone, used in flight test to Measure Air speed. It helps validate the the ADC (air data computer) system. Used only larger aircraft. I work for Boeing, see them only in flight test http://www.spaceagecontrol.com/trailing-cone.htm Only the good die young, so I have found immortality,
  7. So maybe we are getting off topic, but I don't stick to one caliber or one type of gun, When I find a good price on ammo I stock up, a while back SOG had a great price on Dutch 9mm NATO, less the a hundred buck with shipping so I bought a few cases. Then there was some NATO SS109, really cheap, more cases. I'm always looking for a deal on .22, between me and my son we shoot a lot of that. Over the summer I got in a 8mm mood and shot over a 1000 rounds. We shoot a lot at our DZ. So does anyone know a good price on .303 Brit. ? I'm down to my last case. 8. J&G sales has it for 99 bucks + shipping for a thousand rounds. mail order and gunshows is the way to go. Only the good die young, so I have found immortality,
  9. I have always loved the M-1911A1, I have more then I need and not as many as I want. and .45 ball is cheap to shoot. If I could only one gun it would be a 1911. But I don't have too, I love to shoot my BHP, 92FS and Colt M-2000, that's a Colt version of the Glock. For the money the Ruger Autos are hard to beat. But why just an auto have you thought of a SSA or DA wheelgun ? I have a Ruger Vaqurao that can shoot either a .45 long colt or .45 ACP And then there is the mighty .22, but we won't go there,...........yet. Only the good die young, so I have found immortality,

He fought for his life for nearly two new months after suffering serious injuries from the result of a bad landing on a demo in Montana . Unfortunately his injuries became greater than he could endure and passed away on November 25th. We are planning a special life tribute for Paul at the DZ on December 23, from noon through sunset. There's only been one thing I have agreed with her about, and that's the 2nd amendment, other then that, she a bitch, but I have seen naked pictures of her on the internet. we men like food, sex, toys and to be left alone. and we can do any two at a time. 16. eating out,.....again, been on the road for the last two months, sick of TV dinners and eating out, don't have a place to cook a meal and no one will take me in. Only the good die young, so I have found immortality,
  17. No, I've known it for a long time, at least 10 years, about the time a buddies rig got ripped off at a boogie at our small-town dropzone. I guess I long for the good-old-days. maybe that why I still fly on my belly, jump F-111, and stack pack and have a tiny bet of faith in my fellow jumpers. Only the good die young, so I have found immortality,
  18. I guess gone are the days when all you had to worry about was your beer or women. Only the good die young, so I have found immortality,
  19. I remember too...it was only 7 months ago. Ditto...almost. My 5 s/l jumps and 1st FF were from 3000. Spoiled us kids are today! I didn't know there are DZ that still offer Static line jumps,......rounds and belly warts too ? I let my S/L rating die because I didn't have any place to use it, I loved being a S/L jumpmaster, put out a few students then go to the top for team practice, come down and debierf my students, then with the team. And the end of the day came home with a few bucks. Only the good die young, so I have found immortality,

  22. You can sue for anything, but winning, I'm not so sure. It's not like there copyright, In the old day a girlfriend wouldn't let you take pictures because she would think you would show them to your friends. Now days, she would be worried you would show them to the world on the internet. Years ago a girlfriend found my shoebox of snapshot and pitched them in the trash saying I won't need them because I have her. but she never let me take any of her, go figure. Only the good die young, so I have found immortality,

  24. Remember "back in the day" when your first skydive was a clear and pull, hop and pop or jump and dump? Then AFF came around and there were people who made 100s of jumps had never got out a plane at less the 3000 feet. Only the good die young, so I have found immortality,
