The level I am stuck on is the one that looks like a stair case with 2 targets on the case and a couple floating free. The 'stairs spin if you touch them.... any clue how to beat it ?

OK.. it appears that the levels are flexible... I did that one about level 20 I think .... I drew in a double ended ice cream scoop type contraption with a long extension off to the left side and balanced it on a triangle on top of the 4 blocks in the center.Once you get the ball in the right side, drop a big rock on the extension to catipult it over to the left scoop You can then draw ramps through the cracks between the blocks.
