Cream Cheese and diced up Mushroom filling. Cut them open on one side and squeeze like a change purse. Small spoon to scrape out the seeds and membrane. Fill with the cheese and shroom filling, wrap with bacon and a couple tooth picks to hold in place.. I put the pans on the grill and cook until the bacon is done or you can put them in the oven as well.. This is how they look cooked on the boat:

Those cans are huge!! I like to use the Fosters cans because they are more stable and I kick up the beer with a bunch of peppers and spices.

11/22/63, 2 years old so don't remember much about it. 01/28/86,Watching the launch on TV. I grew up around NASA since my father was an aeronautical engineer and we lived in West Pal Beach for a while and would go to Vero Beach to watch the Apollo launches. 9/11, Driving to work when I heard about it on the radio. Called home and ask the GF to turn on the TV an tell me what she saw. I had a mental image of a Cessna size plane. She was describing to me what she was seeing when the second plane hit. I turned around and went home. Did not even bother to call my boss.

Spices rubbed under skin is how I do it when I cook mine on the grill. I also remove the back bone so it can lay flat on the grill with the rib side down.
