  1. I think I gave skydekker a blast of shit over his being overly assertive with the US is a banana republic thing. I'm beginning to regret the opinion after today.
  2. She has too much negative perception. But I agree the deplorable's need a dose of pandering.
  3. Pure fantasy. But no less a fantasy than what might work: Trump tweeting that there was no evidence of fraud or wrongdoing that should cause anyone to doubt the legitimacy of the election. That we should please all join he and Melania in wishing success for our new President. We are far from done with the hellish damage Trump has done to our nation. As we watch the next miserable two months unfold I want to remind every last one of you who voted for the jackass that you own this.

Well, when you live your life on a cul-de-sac off the information super highway you tend to miss a few things, I reckon.

And Trump Senior campaign advisor David Bossie to the list. He's the asshole in charge of the baseless election lawsuit program, I think.

Exactly. The Nova comes to mind as proof positive.
  7. We don't need God. We have the Prophet Trump whose acolytes live in a state of preemptive submission, fearful they will have devastation visited on their homes and reelections if they pray in any other direction than Washington, DC. Next we'll be subject to beheadings for perceived slights and insulting cartoons.

  9. It's a legitimate fear as they see life's important things. Trump has 70 million voters to deploy against anyone who is a perceived enemy. They see him with a post office media platform (I'm hoping for a post office picture) and fear for their seats, nothing else. Patriots my ass.
  10. Ron, I think you have taken great license to paraphrase my comments in that manner. Something you need to understand is that it is we who are the patriotic Americans. We support the rule of law and the constancy of our democracy and republic. You, and your fellow believers, supported the reduction of the rule of law in America, the erosion of our communal faith in our electoral system, the derision of our international treaties, and a blind eye snubbing of the Constitution of the United States of America for nothing more than short term monetary gain and a desired elimination of rights for a large swath of your fellow citizens. It is good that you and yours have lost for what you have wished to be visited on your fellow citizens is nothing short of evil. I have no clue how long we will hold the upper hand but I hope our new leaders have the stones to make the best of the opportunity. And do yourself a big favor and just relax. You aren't about to be attacked; there are no monsters under the bed or in the closet.
  11. That's forcing the point. No one is suggesting making trumped up charges where no wrong doing exists. But it cannot be either or; there must be limits and the crimes must be real. For example, if it is found out that he treasonously gave Putin classified information during their private tête à tête's would you still think it wrong to charge him? What about provable perjury in a federal investigation? We are in this mess from going high when they go low. This time, for the sake of the Republic, we need to send a loud and clear message that we have an Executive not a King in America and don't think you'll be getting off scott free if you hurt the nation. That and by his own words only Trump would have installed Trump as President for life.

According to the numbers, in fact, most people do. 74.55 million vs. 70.4 million by latest count.
  13. And be Presidential and Vice Presidential. Sleepy Joe? Nope.
  14. Good googaloo, man, Biden isn't dead yet.
  15. Well, 'ol Ron was right. SHTF. Time to grab that last case of spam and head for the hills.
  16. No, no and no. Do you want him back in 2024? Do you want the republicans who enabled him to sniff, "whatever, in 4 years we'll take it back?" Maybe a US President hasn't spent time in the can but someone always needs to be first. If he's committed jailable offenses and can be convicted we must do it. This is no time to be weak. This is a time to say, "Fuck you. We're not doormats, we're Democrats".
  17. Just like any standard issue Trump against anything lawsuit, whatever comes to mind at the moment would work just fine. Let's start with obstruction of justice, add perjury and fraud and end up with knowing and willful violation of the local recycling laws. As previously stated, my hopes are on Letitia James and the SDNY. Did you know it's possible for distraught Americans to hire therapy Canadians to get through these stressful times? You guys are the best.
  18. He's not out yet, Robert. If we do get him out the next step is simple: grate his fat ass into dust like a block of parmesan cheese. Then, and only if you must, breath a sigh of relief but we are a long, long way from that moment. We need to stay focused.
  19. I don't get it either. You'd think those silly Yemeni's, Afghanistanis and East Egyptionarians would know how to run a postal service by now. And there is absolutely no reason our forces cannot deploy in place while their ballots work their way through the highly efficient military systems after their wives in the US receive them at the home address and forward them on. Crazy.
  20. I'd generally agree with the point but only to the extent it's broadly made. My disagreement, and I really wanted to let it pass, is specifically with how you represented the LGBTQ community. I know I've mentioned previously that I have a number of friends in that community. I don't know any who want to be identified by an alphabet soup nomer. But there are relatively small numbers of each group and they are all equally discriminated against so it works, I guess. Sort of like Native Americans instead of Sioux, Seminole and Crow, maybe. Just a thought.

You missed the question part which was asking how will Q-balls spin Trump's loss. No matter, do you really think it was simple stupidity that inspired those yo's to grab their AR-15's and head off to a polling place to do who knows what? You see, Ron, that is nothing short of a full on display of how you believe only what fits your personal narrative. Conceding, for your arguments purpose, that stupidity can be inspiring I would argue that they were actually inspired by a red meat tossing, dog whistling, lying, manipulative jackass in the White House. As far as I know from reports there was not a Dumb Ass Convention at the Convention Center that day. In fact it was being used to count ballots for our Presidential Election. Really, man, you need to think a bit harder about things. Oh, and maybe, but we don't know for sure because we haven't yet been told what to believe, they were operators and not operatives? That would be more SpecOp, no?

Freakin' Q balls. I can't imagine how the dipsy doodles are going to spin Trumps loss. Ron?
  24. Could be, I sure don't know, but unless the seat is officially vacated you'd have two on one seat, seems to me.
