Hey Mike, Along with getting input on the forum here I'd suggest checking the DZ reviews on this site, calling the DZs close to you with any questions you have, and then visiting a few and watching the folks out there in person. I disagree that tunnel time is "fluff stuff" Your analogy is a bit skewed IMO. A pilot shouldn't log nailing a stewardess and a TM should log nailing a tandem passenger... But a pilot might choose to log simulator time for reference and a skydiver might choose to log tunnel time for reference. What is the FAA going to find objectionable about simulation time? My thought process would be to go back to FJC basics: At 26 jumps you should have an idea what a decent flare feels like, right? Do a practice flare with rear risers and feel it out. Does it feel close to what you get with toggles? If you feel that you can safely turn, flare, and make the canopy fly straight then it's an option to choose to keep it. If you don't feel comfortable get rid of it. If you have doubts about being able to turn, flare, or fly straight then get rid of it. Owned by Remi #?

That poster also pointed out that the underlying problem with that idea is that this puts "marriage" entirely in the hands of the church, and there are churches out there that would gladly allow same sex marriages.
