Unfortunately, I heard some very disturbing news about this incident. Remember, this is ONLY WHAT I HEARD, NOT BELIEVE: Paul was trying to "one-up" some experienced jumpers by "showing them how to land" in our swoop pond at Lodi. From what I understood, Paul has only 40+ jumps and is not even close to being at the experience level of landing in our swoop pond. I hope, for Paul's sake, that this is not true and he will never attempt this again. Lodi is my home and I have almost 200 jumps and I would never dream of swooping that pond.
