    1. Got out of a 3 year relationship in the worst way. 2. Realized life is not just about chasing money. 3. Lost 60 lbs 4. I am much healthier then I have ever been. 5. Did my first tandem. 6.     I don’t think people hate America or Americans. I think they hate the current policies and actions this administration has taken. Most counters admire and envy America and American life. I am not sure about Europe but in the Middle East or Iran to me more exact. They really don’t have a very good idea of what American life is. They get most of the information by satellite (our TV). I have friends who think that all we do here is party and I am living life like a Snoop Dogg video with all my hoes. Most envy the life they think we have. I have friends who do know what American real life is like and they choose to stay home. Life is a lot laidback there.     I think nutrition programs would be a great idea to teach the kids what to do and how to eat. Losing weight on the other hand is totally different. No one can make you lose weight you have to want to your self. I also fear what they would think is normal. We are all different and have different shapes. I don’t want every one to try too look like the guys and girl we see on TV. We should just have better physical education and increase the days they are offered.     I hope that letter is true. There would be nothing that would make me happier.
