For every euro that is spent in humanitary tasks there are ten being spent in weapons. What do people think about this? Am I the only one who feels shame on myself? Lucy in the Sky http:\\www.skydivelillo.com

I fear inanimate objects in the hands of millions of people that maybe dont know what they are doing. A TOOL???????????????? Holy sh.... You call that a tool? And what is the tool made for, what is the meaning of his existence. To kill. Yes there are other ways you can use them, and they deserve all my respect. But the basic nature of a gun is that they have the ability end with someones life. Safe and controlled uses of guns, as in sport shooting etc deserve all my respects. Im not talking about that kind of use of firearms. Lucy in the Sky http:\\www.skydivelillo.com

As a matter of fact I lived one year in Boston and attenden for 16 years tHE AMERICAN SCHOOL oF Bilbao here in Spain. I celebrated Halloween, and Thanksgiving, and had constantly exchange students from the us in my house. When I lived in Boston I stayed one year in a host family, the most lovely family in the world, but there was something that scared me to death and it was the fact that my host dad had several guns hidden around the house. It just frightens me so much. I respect your culture, I was raised in that culture in my school (I was the member of the first cheerleader team that ever existed in my country!) and know your anthem by heart, and had to learn all the states and their capital even before the countries of europe, and learned about Paul Revere and the Pilgrims before I was taught anything about my country. And I loved It! I even learn how to read in english earlier than in spanish! The US is a fantastic country but for me not in all aspects. Firearms are a big issue there and when I lived there it just scared me to death. You guys say it is your right to be able to defend yourselves, maybe all that fear comes because it is scary to know that almost everybody has a gun and knows how to use it. I remember that in Boston in my way to school every morning I would go by this big sign in the street. The sign(Im talking about a big huge sign in the highway) had pictures of kids, lovely healthy kids, and it took me for a while to guess what the story was about. Until one day I figuered it out, they where pictured of kids that had died accidentaly due to a gunshot. It shocked me so much. If you feel guns are a part of I respect that, we have Bullfights, I dont know whats worse. Lucy in the Sky http:\\www.skydivelillo.com

You guys from the big american country have a big big problem with guns, cant you see that??????? Giving everybody the permission to carry guns and to buy them anywhere is really making you be a really unsafe country. I live in Spain Im 25 and Ive never seen a gun in my whole life!!!!! And I love it ,you know why?? Because most of the people that live in my city has never seen it, like me. I am shure that if I have a car accident I can come out of my car confident to know that a guy is not going to point me a gun at my head in the middle of a highway just because he is pissed off!!!!!!!!!!!!! I was raised in a home where it was impossible to find a gun in Dads closet and all my friends aswell. How can you say that that is not safe! If nobody has a gun , nobody can shoot a gun. Its that simple. At least for me. Then there is a little problem behind that I know, you have such a big weapon industry that eliminating it is almost impossible. Those companies are so strong that they are not going to let you guys throw those guns to the garbage unless you buy new ones. Lucy in the Sky http:\\www.skydivelillo.com

I dont live in U.S.A. but I can tell you that the image Bush has here is not a very good clean one. We , at least the big majority of the people I deal with every day , dont think that he has done good things at all. And I have a question... Is he going to fight terrorism and unfair governments the same way all along the world? Because ,first there are lots of countries in this world that live under dictators that are even worse than Sadam, but they dont have oil I m afraid , is that a problem? IM SURE IT IS. Dont take this personally , Ive lived in the U.S. and I think that it is a great country, but that president you have, I wouldnt want to be in you shoes... Lucy in the Sky http:\\www.skydivelillo.com

Thats bullshit , why dont they take the money they are going to spend and put it in the damm african continent to help preserve the natural wildlife there. That is what is relly needed. This world sometimes, I think that is filled up with people that think with other parts of the body instead of the brain. Lucy in the Sky http:\\www.skydivelillo.com

Ok I dont really know exactly what the facts are or were.. but I can tell you guys that some of you need a bit more of respect in your words.. You cant talk that way about millions of people that are dead!!!!!!! I dont care on what side they are!!!!!!!! Your arrogance is so inmense that you loose any kind of possible interest to me. I love history and love lo learn about all the parts involved but when you guys speak with that impunity I just cant stand it. How can someone in his common sense that the death of million of peolpe was worth it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Its like kindergarden kids speaking. Of course its not worth it! Never in your life you can think that the death of someone is worth it! I dont care if it a Jap a US citizen or a Iraqui civilian. Lets be more respectfull here guys beause a smart conversation can turn in to bar chat in just a second. Dont talk about others what you dont want to be said about you. The life of a person , a single person , is something that is to be respected. Lots of innocent people died, on both sides, and they deserve our respect. They arent guilty of the decisions taken by poiliticians, decisions that most of the times are the worst decisions taken ever. Something I cant stand in this world is when things are not fair. And a f.... war is not fair for anybody involved in it , and that never asked for it. Excuse me for my english , it is not my first language. Lucy in the Sky http:\\www.skydivelillo.com

There is just an infinite number of people dead in the name of different gods. The blind devotion is a type of fanatism and we all know the consecuences of fanatism. The problem I think relies not in the religion itself but on the institutions that administrate them. Lucy in the Sky http:\\www.skydivelillo.com
