Don't tease!! I'm on day 4 of my 2 week Atkins Diet Introductory Period & I'm cheating just by drinking 1/2 decaf & 1/2 caf coffee since, according to Atkins, I shouldn't drink caffeine at all. This sucks!!!! Have a few more cups for me. LOL!!

Actually, the H model, which is what I believe you're referring to, no longer carries the 2 x 20mm Vulcan Cannons. Around 1998 the H-models were stripped of the 20mm because it was felt they had too short of range since the aircraft was flying at a much higher altitude to avoid people shooting at them who had longer range weapons. The newer U-models, however, carry 1 x 105 Howitzer, 1 x 40mm Bofors Cannon & 1 x 25mm Cannon.

That's great Sensor footage from a AC-130 U-model "Spooky" Gunship. But, I happen to be partial to the AC-130 H-model "Spectre" Gunship as my husband was a Gunner on the Spectre Gunships for 14 years (8 yrs on the H-model & 6 yrs on the A-model ... both referred to as "Spectre" Gunships). I'm working on getting the pic ... maybe she can post it for me or someone else may have it ... but my fav of 2003 was VanillaSkyGirl's black & white photo of her laugh. B&W is definitely classy not to mention the angle & crop were beautifuly artistic. This one really proved that smiles are contagious ... it always made me smile to see it. edited: Therefore, I nominate VanillaSkyGirl's laugh for the most "Artsy Avatar of 2003"

I wanna play again ... I've got a couple of cuties for ya .... The first was taken in our backyard in CA with my 4yr old, Emily. The second was taken in our backyard in CA with my 2 yr old, Joshua. The third was taken at a dropzone party at SkyDive Santa Barbara with the coolest skychica & packer, Tracey. And finally, the fourth was taken when packing a low velocity G-14 (34') parachute while I was pregnant with Joshua ... before I stopped highlighting my hair. -

Damn, I'm so, so very sorry Chute. I can't send enough love & vibes over this computer to you & your wife, who sounded like her closer friends, but also to her other friends & family.
