    To any jigsaw puzzle lovers out there... I just finished the most difficult puzzle I have ever attempted. It is a copy of Van Gogh's Starry Night, but the difficult part was that it was a photomosaic. I can't believe its finished.

    This is one of the sweeter, more creative presents I got. I'm moving to California in January... so my cousin got me a T-shirt that says Brooklyn (where we grew up together), with a note that said " A little something to remind you of home and all the people who love you." and a bottle of California wine, with a note that said "A little something from California where I know good things will happen for you." I got all teary eyed when i read the notes. Other than that I got lots of gift certificates. Can't wait to go out shopping now.

    I did 3 tandems in my progression. The first one was done at a different dropzone and all I got was the certificate. The new dz allowed my first tandem to count towards the progression since it had been within 30 days. Hope that helps. I can't tell you about the A, b/c I haven't gotten there yet. Oh yeah and on topic, I was most scared for was my first AFP jump. I just couldn't relax.

    Ooooh secret societies are great. I'm not sure where I'll be living permanently... I'll be in corporate housing for the first month and a half near Oakland (San Leandro). I'll figure out the rest once I'm out there.

    Welcome to the wonderful world of skydiving. I just got started in it... I've only done 5 jumps so far. I'm living in Jersey now and would definitely recommend Cross Keys to learn at... 4 of my 5 jumps were done there. I'm about to be a Jersey-NorCal transplant, maybe I'll see you out there

    I'm moving somewhere near San Francisco. Actually the first place I ever jumped was at Hollister, so maybe I'll go back there to finish learning. Hopefully I'll meet you out there.

    I know that feeling. The only thing getting me through this damn snow is knowing that Jan 15 I'm moving to Cali and won't have to see it anymore.
