    My experience in the social services field in the Tampa Bay Area leads me to the conclusion that Blacks fair much better than Whites in the public housing awards. They know how to work the system and Blacks are the managers within the system. Latinos lack the system knowledge necessary. They end up with church ministry assistance. However, Hispanics, i.e., Puerto Ricans due well within the system if they deal with white managers. However, the best system player I ever met was a white Vietnam veteran. The last I heard he and his wife were in a three bedroom, two bath home outside of Denver subsidized by the Bureau of Indian Affairs. Plus, that paid him a stipend to perform some service to other Indians. This income in addition to his 100% VA disability and Social Security Disability Income.     I totally agree with your assessment. W turned out to be a great disappointment to many, including me. From 2001 through the landing on the deck of the aircraft carrier in 2003 I was giving him applause. As it stands now, I am totally uncertain about our government in total. What can we trust? Who can we trust? Why should we trust? How can we trust? Where is an area of trust? When Obamacare kicks in next January, what then? My wife and I are moving to a small mountain community where people are bound together for mutual survival. We have ingratiated ourselves into a local church through volunteer work with members of like minded patriots. God bless you, stay strong.     No, I believe the NSA is spying on Americans. I have always assumed we are being spied upon. Several years ago we became aware data gathering.
