serenading with a flute? Is that what the kids call it nowadays?

I heard Scott Callantine say that he was 100% unaware that she climbed, but was 100% not apossed to knowing that she was well known, nor did he totally disagree with not knowing that some people did know, or that many did not. He explained further, but I heard what I wanted to hear and was satisfied that I completely understood what he ment to say by rationalizing my own perfect place in the world of information dissemination. Thanks Scott,

Further comment: !,000 jump minimum requirement ends alot of the pissing duels about low numbers and quality athletes, and buddies, and all such bullroar. The margine for discrepency gets blurred to a comfortable and acceptable level. Remembering also that jump numbers and time in the sport are warped today, compared to old standards. How much credit or responsibility is aimed at a mentor/instructor/advocate/salesman when, the object student is a 'Jay Stokes', or 'Brian Burke', or 'Dan B.C.' Extreme examples, sure. Why expose yourself to any ridiculously obvious dangerous examples. Set the BSR bar high and insulate yourself from high risk. Insulate the USPA population from high risk. Granted, do what you want when I'm not looking. But when I'm looking, you do extra dilligence.

I vote that minimum freefall jumps be 1,000 before any respectable wingsuiter instructs a fellow skydiver on his initial wingsuit flight. Tunnel time should NOT apply. Reasons are obvious to me. 200 to 500 seams crazy low time for understanding the nuances involved. Might also consider requiring 100 crw jumps prior. Proficient freefly and particularly tracking skills also weigh big time. How's that for 'hard line'.

oh shit, purple mike is going, or coming, or something. I've been warned to avoid this guy. Now what?
-
Yes, that exit pic. Was that dock sustained or a split moment in still photograghy? Could one ride the aircraft's engine exhaust to faster relative flight?

And with the new 'penetrator chair' lives were saved.

Heros? Yes Sir, HEROS!

'Amazing Grace' on bagpipes! Amazing friends, Rob would have loved that. Thanks Lori!

Any up to date info?

My favorite flight was the crosswind distance trial. As I rounded Picacho peak and headed north back to the dz, Douglas smoked past me headed the long way around. And damned if he didn't get back just seconds ahead of me. Must have been because his unfair advantage with that directional ponytail. Cheater!

This is gonna be fun! Plan on lots of water intake. If you are thirsty, it's too late. Bring apples and oranges.(canned peaches are my favorite). Plan on landing well away from the turbulence of the buildings. Ask Monkey about toe grabbing gopher holes. * Discounted jump tickets are getting very scarce. Remember to thank Betsy and Larry Hill, if you see them. * Unlike California, or optimal weather window is sunrise to heat induced winds, anytime between 10.00 a.m. and 14.00.

Remi, You just reminded me that my product had a calculated cost of warranty built into the initial price. I assumed the same of Cypress. Perhaps market competition forced a different approach. Oh well, wanna play, gotta pay.
-
Excellent detail, thanks Ken, Samurai136. But still, understanding that cypress is concerned with the integrity of their product, why must the cost of their cya be passed to the purchaser of their product? This practice is not, in my line of business, marketable. Wish it were, it's sweet, but I will shop more extensively for my next AAD.
-
Looking for reasonable justification of four year maintenance costs from cypress. Beyond the obvious 'what is your live worth' pat answer, I wonder why I'm being charged $119 for inspection and no problems found. Any ideas?

National Geographic channel TV @ 5:00 p.m. The Kent State shootings really did happen. Hope you get to see it.

Good to see that you will be in Arizona, March 3 thru 12. Looking forward to Sunday and Monday, 3-9 and 3-10, for instruction towards the flocking big and safe concept. Can we start a dialog regarding aproach speed and angle? Can we see diagrams of the stadium? Mark

Also today, Witnessed our favorite PIXIE clad in at least four layers of clothing, even at the balmy 65 degree afternoon temps. But rest assured the smiling face was warming hearts from near and far across the dz.
