Being that I haven't seen many of you in a long time, and many of you haven't seen my new place, i'm gonna do a small get together at my place in Cary. Scott is comin up from Florida supposedly and I know Brandon wanted in and i'm gonna call Nadia cuz she's back in town. If you're in, just gimme a heads up. Maybe do pizza, cards, movie, beer, etc.

I'd be in for tramp night, but i don't think i can handle being dressed up :) We should have a "chicks go climbing" night. That being said, if there is anyone that would like to go out to Vertical Edge to climb, I think i'm gonna try to head out there this week. Send me an email or call. 2wk backtrack: Happy birthday to Eric, Matt, Darin and anyone else i missed. Harry: Congrats. Can't wait to see you guys bring out baby zach. I'm in for gettin him jazzed up in a freefly suit for baby pictures. Whit: I'm glad you got the boot off. i know we'll see ya in full force by t'giving. Bridge day was a blast. Update: I have 2 tickets to the chicago concert for rob. Thank you THANK YOU!!! to everyone who contributed to buying them. I'm still taking donations for the other portions of the evening. I got several recommendations to send him with an escort. If anyone would like to help me arrange that.... as you well know, i'm not real up on those kinda services ;) I think the overwhelming majority has said to send him with an escort in a limo to dinner and then the concert... Give me some feedback.

Update for Rob: I will be buying the tickets to the concert on Monday June 5th, so you have one more weekend to contribute. Tickets are $65 if you'd like to go, we're trying to get a group that wants to go. So far it's Shari and possibly Melissa going. Chicago and Hewey Lewis, July 15th, Altel/Walnut Creek, 7:30pm. Any other suggestions of what to do i'd love to hear them. And yes, most of you don't know but he clocks in at noon and clocks out at 8pm... so if you see him there other hours, it's on his own time. First and foremost: Good luck to all of you that are quitting smoking. I truly wish you the best. I've seen what it can do to people... plus think of all that extra cash you'll have! Jumping: I've heard there are some people coming down from chicago for the weekend and will be out there by tomorrow... I changed my work schedule and should be there by 1pm (friday). That's awesome. Good student reactions. I'm kinda curious myself about having a tandem cutaway. I have to have a regular cutaway before i can get my rating this spring... i'm kinda curious actually how i'll react to both. Glad to hear that it was second nature to ya.

Alright guys, I'm a newbie to the camera field. I just ordered a 2k FF2 helmet and i have a PC 109 to put in it... last thing i need is a lens but i need some advice. I was reading a little bit on the forums and talking to people but i was trying to get a feel for what you guys have liked and are using out there. I'm doing a little bit of everything... Eventually tandem videos... but right now freeflying and maybe a little belly video. What is your recommendation between companies for a lens? and what magnification from that company? Which have single/double lenses?

The meeting is in the Student Union. If you take 15-501 to 54... that turns into south road. The student union will be on your right after the second campus light. If you turn left right before the bell tower you should be able to park on stadium drive but check the hours so you don't get a ticket. You can ask anyone on campus where the student union is and they should be able to tell you. Eric can give some more specific directions... just wanted to give you a rough idea in case he didn't log on. Thanks and see you tonight Em

I was just curious if there were a lot of people planning on going to the Empuriabrava easter boogie.
