Although a comendable job done, no question on that, i don't personally feel it was a difficult descision. Death Penalty = Wrong Your situation = reason how many juries woulda sent him to the chair, chamber, bed or whatever is in your state?. only to find out ten days later, oh wait, he's innocent, "oh bugger". Just my £0.02p Ed

Vic falls is the most awesome thing i have ever seen in my life, it rocks! niagra is good too, but victoria takes the biscuit! Ed

I totally agree about wanting positive coverage for skydiving in the media. I watch programs on Discovery chanel and watch skydivers being called "people willing to lose their lives for one jump" which is totally out of context, tell me, if you knew that within the next 10 jumps you'd die, would you do another? i very very much doubt it. I always take pains to quell anyone talking negatively about skydiving, i feel, even though i have never tasted freefall, i'm still part of the sports' family and that we all have to try and help people understand the real meaning why we jump, to live, not to die.

We pay 86% tax. Enuff said. It's over £4 for a gallon now. that's over $6 (ps if i got gallon and litree the wrong way around, flame away, but it costs my dad £40 to fill his cavalier, that's about $65) Ed
-
Yup, well said. Ed
-
I haven't heard anything about it but it certainly seems like a good idea. But will the USPA BPA etc ever recognise what we're saying is the important issue. Ed
-
It seems to me that an awful lot of people die or badly injure themselves needlessly like this, does anyone here jump from england, how many people ever swoop at yuor dz? i've seen one swoop in 10 weekends down my dz all last year, and that was by a visiting crew team. Ed
-
Well i've obviously never actually done crw as i have 14 s/l jumps but.... on one of my jumps a 4way crw team came on the islander with us and bailed just after me @ 4500 feet, and well, they certainly looked like they were having fun!, stacks look awesome although one guy did lose his shoe "docking" (correct term, docking refers to rw?) so, in short, looks fun, do it pammi

Yeahm tell me about it, i was on the load (only my 12th jump) when my bro did his first s/l jump it's way kool being able to see the expression of sheer enjoyment on their faces, now i gotta work on my parents or.... maybe i'll just try and get my mum to let me do aff before i try and convince her to try it
