It's Florida but unfortunately it's way up in the panhandle. In the middle between Pensicola and Panama City and Destin is only a 20 minute drive. I've spent quite a bit of time there as it is the home of Air Force Special Operations Command. Pretty nice town. Sweet, looks like we are living and movin to the same parts of the world. That means you'll never be able to escape me and my awful skydiving skills

Bingo! Gotta eat lots of small meals or snacks like vegetables, fruit, etc. Keep munchin just try cutting out sweets and soda at first. You'd be surprised at how much weight you will loose if you just stop drinkin pop and eatin candy. My roomie lost 15 pounds in a few months with a little working out during the week. I lost about 10 pounds in a month last year for lent cuttin out sweets and pop. If you drink 2 cans of pop a day, you will put on 15 pounds in a year from just the pop.
