  5. This is probably the hardest thing you can do - but also probably the wisest...understand - I do not approve/disapprove of any religion, be it formal or not. I just know that when you love someone, you should give them the right to follow their heart, no matter where it leads and if they decide to take you with them or if they decide to leave, you have given all you can - your heart, your love and your understanding. Bless your heart, Karen, for allowing him the choice to be himself, regardless of the pain in your heart for having to choose this path. TripleF

Lol...not if you are already inside the car, got the engine running, and are sitting in the debtor's driveway trying to get away without getting caught...lol. TripleF "Upon seeing the shadow of a pigeon, one must resist the urge to look up."

Aww, bummer, dude...I never lost one. I had a few I couldn't find but once my hands were on it, it was mine. Never used a wrecker either. I had a set of pushbars on the front of a company car and used them and/or a chain to move vehicles if I couldn't pick the locks or straightwire them. Mind you, this was in the early 70's, most of the units didn't have locked steering (that started in 68/69) and we didn't have the new style wrecker you can just "bump and run" with. Lol...I had a debtor who once locked a doberman inside the unit...I opened the door, jumped in, keyed it and as I spun around to look out the back window to see where I was backing...the dog's nose touched mine, lol. Can you say toilet tissue?? Hehehe... TripleF "Upon seeing the shadow of a pigeon, one must resist the urge to look up."

dropdeded, We were bonded to a bunch of banks across the nation and sometimes they had key numbers (new cars) and sometimes they didnt, which was most of the time. We had to do what was necessary, lol, and I have some pretty funny stories, but all in all, I had a great time. TripleF "Upon seeing the shadow of a pigeon, one must resist the urge to look up."

Naa, you wouldn't hate it. It's a total rush and almost as fun as skydiving. I worked for Automobile Recovery Bureau in Detroit a couple of years after I got out of the service and it was a blast. There isn't anything quite like stealing a car from someone's driveway, then calling the cops and admitting it, lol.. 16. Uhh, the number one thing on the list of maintenance things you should do is - on a daily basis, remind TripleF that you love him and can't wait to hold him in your tender embrace, lol. TripleF "Upon seeing the shadow of a pigeon, one must resist the urge to look up."
  17. Michele, If that was meant for me, I always pay it forward, especially when it comes to Vets...after all, I'm a disabled Nam Vet myself and spend a lot of time at the VA Medical Center in Augusta as a volunteer.
