Sorry. I haven't been very active here for the past few months. I may actually be out of the "top 10" posters. Ah well. -

Work safe. -
Sorry there wasn't more "extreme" footage. I think a combination of it being a high school game, me getting there at almost half-time and its only one game kind of limits how much stuff I got. However, I though the part where the guys helmet got knocked off was pretty cool. Thanks for the compliments guys!

Hey folks. Last night after my brother's football game, I came home and stayed up until 4am making this video. FYI, I used a Sony PC120BT digital camcorder and Adobe Premiere 6.5 editing software to create and encode it. Here is the link to the video. Remember, RIGHT-CLICK and SAVE AS: http://www.jumpinduo.com/vids/stmarysvsbath.wmv Enjoy. I hope you like it. Let me know what you think.

Funny stuff.

You can import several types of files into Premiere. Just buy the program and make sure you allow it to install all aspects of it so it will support them all. You may want to try from a demo if you can find one on the Adobe website. Not sure if they offer a demo. http://www.brandonandlaura.com

Hey folks. I was just checking out the Galleries and noticed that there is only ONE pic of people in their Dropzone.com T-shirts. It is of Billy and Iflyme. We need to get more poeple up there. So, here is the deal. You send me via email a photo with you wearing your Dropzone.com shirt. Also, include a little description of it along in the email. Be sure that the photo is big enough to crop a little (250w X 350h) for the page. Come on! I want to see that gallery GROW!!! Also, if you don't have a photo up in the Mug Shots, that needs to change. Send me a good photo of you that I can see your face. I'll crop it down and put it in. Remember, you need to let me know your username as well. Here is my email: lwren@woh.rr.com. Get them sent and I will get them all put up there as fast as possible. -
I thought of AggieDave when I saw this. Thought you all might like it. If it's been posted, sorry.

What "city" would the posted photo be? Georgia? Haha!! -
Hahah! Yeah, it is a shame that it didn't turn out the way we would like it to. That was my brother who kicked that missed FG at the end. The ball sure flew long, but it was left by about 2.5 feet. Damn. Anyway, I'm glad you liked it. Have a great weekend!

Hey everyone. I made a new video tonight. It is from my bro's homecoming game at his HS. I shot this during the game and came home to edit it. I did it all in less than 2 hours, which is why it is kind of crappy. I am going to redo it sometime this week so it's easier to follow what's happening and have more football. But, if you like football, have a look. It is cool. I used "Eye of the Tiger" and did some cool timing with the hits to the music. By the way, my brother is Justin Wren. He's the one doing Homecoming Court and is the kicker in blue during all the punts and kick offs. And, the FG at the end. I hope you enjoy it. Let me know what you think of it. Hey Yoshi...thanks for the info. I took some photos yesterday (http://home.woh.rr.com/senorwren/photos.htm) at my school classroom. They look great! I can't wait to jump with the camera, but I will. I don't feel ready to do it yet. BTW, I have a freefly suit on the way, so that will be sweet.

Speaking from a HS teacher point of view, I would take it first chance everytime I saw it and wouldn't return it until the parent comes to get it. Trust me, when the parent has to come to school for little things a couple of times, there WILL be changes. You made a good choice.

Hey guys. Thanks for the help with that Flash thing. As for the lens...I know that I wanted the recommendations and they were totally on. I didn't mean to send the vibe that I didn't like it, I just thought it would be a wider field of view. However, I have yet to try it outside. I was just using it yesterday to photograph a room in my house. Thanks for the tips!

Hey there everyone. I just got my PC120 on Monday evening and have played with it a little bit. I like it a lot and the size of it is GREAT. However, the things I don't like is how the flash comes up everytime you want to take a photo using the memory stick. I wish I could turn this off and have it be more selective. Also, I screwed that Kenko .5 lens on there and it really doesn't seem to be very wide. Is that on the "narrow" end of the wide-angle spectrum? Just curious. It's not like I'll be jumping with it anytime soon anyway. That is all. If I think of something else let me know. http://www.brandonandlaura.com
