Your job on jumprun (exit ) is to make shure you have given the group/ person ahead of you the count that the JM told you,IE: 6 secs, 10 secs whatever, also to be confortable with the spot. Depending on the size of the AC and your exit order it's going to be nearly impossible to know where every body is as groups tend to move across the sky in a random fashion, The time you need to be most aware is at pull time, years ago I got into the habit of looking down and looking up over my shoulder whilst coming out of the track. When my canopy opens and before doing checks I have a quick look around, as it's not good form to bump into another canopy, Gone fishing

This summer my reserve (Micron 175) is going to have it's 20th birthday The only time it's seen the light of day is at repack time, Over the years it's had a new pilot chute and spring. Now I'm wondering if it's time to retire it an get a new one. Opinions/views? Gone fishing

Can you explain how double stowing can cause a baglock? Was the packer using tube stows or normal bungees? Last Saturday I had a weird opening, When I got back to the hanger an started packing and got to sorting out the D bag I noticed that the band on the last locking stow had doubled on it's self and I could not pull it through the grommet, My D bag has 4 locking stows, If the band had locked on stow 2 or 3 I would of been facing a bag lock malfunction. I always double stow, This is the first time I've experienced a band locking up. Gone fishing
