    Ive got over 100 bottles in the kitchen right now. A few of my faves are: Mild wings- Franks Red Hot Hotter wings- Crystal Extra hot Red Beans and Rice- Tabasco. Chili- 1 tsp per gallon of Dave's Insanity and not a drop more HOT HOT HOT!!!! Ive got alot of Ass kickin hot sauces etc... but most of them are for decorations only. The ones I listed above are the ones i cook with reuglarly.
