to make a long story short.. windows blows.. if you can afford a mac buy a mac.. in all my years of using computers i've never seen a mac w/ spyware.. and if thats not an option use linux.. you can fuck around w/ linux in a ramdisk w/o hurting your windows install.. check out www.knoppix.net feel free to pm me

i'd say 1:1.. but there are always the few people who should stay under 1:1 for a while.. making someone wait till 100 jumps for 1:1 i think is a little overkill.. but what do i know? not to much..

good point about the wl rules.. i had a hard time getting them to let me fly a 1.1:1 at 150 jumps at my new home dz.. btw.. my mom owns you..

deploy at altlitude and play around.. those will be your most valuable jump..

there is definatly a difference.. i jumped a sabre2 at 1.1 and a sabre2 at 1.3, but i had and am currently getting canopy coaching.. our dz has pretty strict wl rules.. in your case you couldn't even jump a 1:1 here.. so talk to your s&ta and people around your dz.. at 200 jumps i cant really give advice..

my first canopy was a sabre2.. i thought the openings were nice besides the 180-360 degree turns.. then i demoed a stiletto.. wow.. my sabre2 openeings blew.. they were very swift.. so i sold my sabre2 and picked up a stiletto for my back's sake.. so if the safire2 opens even a little better than the sabre2 go for it..

i went to central michigan for 2 years but the off seasons were unbearable.. so i transfered to florida state.. we have a skydiving club but i guess a lot of the jumpers here go to the farm on the weekends..
