    Yep. It's "a bit" final. Why not? A chemical castration f.e. (already usual in several countries) will spare a lot of money, precious time and most important: Life of the potential victim. This should not depend on any party, which colour whatsoever. Death sentence is not within my imagination but, for most Yanks a legal solution. I feel sure, once a rapist - a rapist forever. Shut them away. Forever. No medial or psychological treatment. Just lock the door and throw away the key. That's my realistic solution (proposal). (SA is just a question of a few months/a year or so ... ya know, property, kids etc....
