You raised a hand, I see .... Do you feel adressed, as that's usually your typical posting style? No, seriously: Is Obama expecting to be re-elected? What kind of allowances would he make for Russia? If any? And so on. So, don't be shy, JR. Let's hear .........

I'm a bit surprised why that issue didn't make it into Speakers Corner until today: http://worldblog.msnbc.msn.com/_news/2012/03/26/10866962-hot-mic-moment-obama-overheard-telling-medvedev-he-needs-space-on-missile-defense?chromedomain=worldnews dudeist skydiver # 3105

ALL the time? That must be your hyperbolic way of saying sometimes, or occasionally, or rarely-but-when-it-does-it-gets-a-lot-of-press. My definition of "all the time" is multiple instances per day. Just how many rotten apples can there be?
christelsabine replied to Skyrad's topic in Speakers Corner
But, that's just what's this thread about, right? I think, that's why skyrad posted it Where is the correlation with actual incident in Afghanistan? @ skyrad: You're Irish? Since when? dudeist skydiver # 3105 -
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Any_person_arrest#Germany That's what you found at Wiki. It's just an excerpt of § 127 Abs. 1 StPO. I think, much more you referred to § 80 Abs. 2 StPO. As we are a disarmed nation, the above rarely is done at gun point Anyhow, my reply to your above question was not going into that direction. dudeist skydiver # 3105

federal judge says he forwarded email with racist Obama joke
christelsabine replied to jclalor's topic in Speakers Corner
Nobody has been able to explain how this is racist...It appears they have only taken the medias word for it...or at least the word of those they admittedly believe lack credibility. The irony of agreeing with the man right after you say he lacks good judgement. *Nobody has been able to explain how this is racist.* You do not really ask for an (any further) explanation, do you? Go ahead and enjoy yourself. dudeist skydiver # 3105 -
federal judge says he forwarded email with racist Obama joke
christelsabine replied to jclalor's topic in Speakers Corner
I see, so instead of thinking for yourselves and backing up your claim, you people would rather just take the word of the man you say has compromised his judgement...good stuff. Perhaps it's only me, as I am no American ... but: This idiot forwarded a (racist) email from office, he's a federal judge, not to forget! .... What does this have to do with "...thinking for yourselves...." And what is *Good stuff* ??? dudeist skydiver # 3105 -
federal judge says he forwarded email with racist Obama joke
christelsabine replied to jclalor's topic in Speakers Corner
So you admit that the joke wasn't racist...so this is all much ado about nothing...Just as we figured. Better luck next time... Who is *we*, again? You really tried you best to "mix up" that thread a bit. At the end it just shows, you were trolling. Like usual. dudeist skydiver # 3105 -

Well, since you don't care then that shouldn't matter. Now maybe if you'd responded to any of the people telling you that you presented the topic in a misleading fashion there could have been a discussion, but you chose to ignore them so you can't really complain. I'm not responsible for other people's misconceptions about how the topic was presented. If they think it was misleading, they should detail why they think so, not just level an accusation with no support for it. If they can't be bothered to explain their position, why should I bother to respond? In fact, without specificity on their part, there's nothing for me to respond to. Furthermore, I don't care to participate in the incessant back-and-forth sniping that is all too common here, causing things to devolve into useless crap, like we now have here. Ignoring them is often the best way to handle such things. I say my piece and move on, and if others want to continue to harass me over and over again, that's their problem. But if a person has nothing better to say than to hurl unsupported allegations of "wrongdoing" or personal insults, then what does that say about their position, and about them as a person? It means that they have no facts or logic to support their view, so instead they just resort to character assassination - in other words, they know they've lost the argument, and they're bitter about it, so they lash out the way a weak mind will. One does not become the winner of a debate by hurling the biggest insult or the most insults. But some people seem to operate that way. The intelligent mind recognizes that it is what someone says with facts and logic that carrys the day, even if they only say it once. Those are the people whose opinions are important to me, not the insulters. And just like the word "gun-o-phobia" makes people crazy, there's also the miso-John (John-o-haters) factor. My detractors hate me so much that they allow their hatred to miscolor their perception of what I say. My message #1 in this thread is a perfectly reasonable introduction to a discussion of a controversial topic, and yet look at how some demonize me for somehow misrepresenting things, not stating my own position, blah blah blah. These people need to get a grip on themselves, step back from their usual modality of hate and insults, and try reading things and writing responses with a fresh outlook once again. I now return you to the usual program of hate and sniping. Crap. dudeist skydiver # 3105

1. Yes 2. Yes 3. No 4. What's your definition of *self defense in their home*?? Why do *others* need guns in their homes??? 5. Do *they* enjoy different laws? I can't believe it - I just replied to a silly post. So what. It's fun. dudeist skydiver # 3105

Thank goodness the Second Amendment is a check on what we will learn. But seriously - how the hell can you just trust your government with such a shaky history? The US hasn't committed genocide in 150 years and we still don't trust our government. If you trust your government or not is not our problem. We feel quite comfortable with our policitians here, and if necessary, we have to discuss. And not to pull out our hand guns. Shyster, you're lost here. I love my peaceful little country. No matter what you say. dudeist skydiver # 3105

Bullshit. We do not have a 2nd Amendment. We do not need it. If I call my police (of course not 911), I just trust they will be with me within minutes. That's a fact. Mr. Shyster, perhaps in your eyes we are sheeps. I don't care. We just do not need weapons to control our country. Europe does not need it. You will learn one day.
