  1. ... Speaking of France... Why do they call it "La France", meaning "The France"? Is this to differentiate it from some other France? Maybe some No-surrender, Hygenic, Brave, Polite, Turn-up-for-a-battle-on-time, France? Mike. Perhaps, they call themselves "La Grande Nation"?? dudeist skydiver # 3105
  2. Yes, I do just a bit of it: I love my 4m-diameter trampoline in my garden and doing a somersault on it. That's it. For the rest of what the guys did, I should be 20 yrs younger dudeist skydiver # 3105
  3. Bwahahahaha... The Lonesome Rider's on the road again, giving his best to convince every single breathing human beeing that only a (hand) gun hanging down the hip will solve all problems. I'm in tears gasp gasp - how I love men fighting for their conviction! dudeist skydiver # 3105
  4. How about a nice helicopter jump? For my 100th, I went to Spain and jumped from a small helicopter - a wonderful and unforgotten event OK, Spain might be a little far from your home - just look for a nice DZ close to you with helicopters and jump..... You will love it.

  13. So you're saying I shouldn't worry about all the high-profile politicians and all the organizations that would like to ban private gun ownership? I think your Hitler used the same kind of psychology on the Jews: Don't worry, it's just a train ride! Don't worry, it's just a shower! No, I don't. Don't put words in my mouth, JR. You know my point of view, I know yours. BTW: It's not "my" Hitler, I do not have any relationship with him. What is your glorious leader telling the troops before dispatching them into death in Iraq? Guys, it's just like a promenade: Walk around and enjoy the exotic environment. Lies left and right. dudeist skydiver # 3105
  14. .......... I didn't claim "victory"; I happen to agree with you on gun rights; and I'm pretty sure Hitler was German, not Italian. Blues, Dave No, little correction: Adolf Hitler was Austrian. dudeist skydiver # 3105
  15. Godwin's Law in five posts. Nice work! Blues, Dave Thx. Holy Crab: Hitler still is so fashionable.... JR, you need to look for better soruces. Or just slow down, mate. dudeist skydiver # 3105
  16. Holy Crab, John, you really are addicted. You come along like the lonely rider fighting until last blood drop for his conviction Guy, you still have all your toys at hands, can play around as long as you want, where's your problem??? Go on, enjoy them! dudeist skydiver # 3105
  17. Where did you do all your "1" jumps, f.e. in Germany? JFYI: There are few more "major" airports, such like Munich, Cologne (my hometown, just 40 km from next one, which is).... Düsseldorf, large one.... You jump where, near the French border? Where else in Germany did you jump into the clouds? In Germany, I never jumped into the clouds, that I did much more in Spain dudeist skydiver # 3105
  18. No. No silly question(s) at all. It's not your diet, it's normal. During my 2 tandems, I had exactly same feelings. That will disappear once you are under own canopy, own control. Your "pin and needles" feeling quickly also will disappear. You just will take the use of a harness sooner or later. Perhaps, your TM lashed you a little bit too tight? Don't worry. Enjoy your coming jumps and have fun!
  19. No. But who's that interesting guy in the middle? dudeist skydiver # 3105
  20. A nice and friendly German B/S to you, mate! dudeist skydiver # 3105
  21. Zulu, like you said: This is a unique community. I and surely many other DZ.commers from our side of the pond feel deeply touched and shocked. It really is heart breaking and hurts, even I never met her. I'm so sorry for the ones who are left behind. May Jesus give them strengths. Her funny sig line will be unforgettable. 22. Yes. My 2nd jump after being licensed in Germany. Same weekend, I drove down to Switzerland. The ink on my license wasn't even dry, in fact, my license wasn't even printed.. Jumped from a Super Puma Heli at 4k+ m. The female jumper exiting just before me (800+ jumps, she still is on my video which a Brit jumper made - Steve -) was laying covered in the green grass after a low hook turn. That day, it was my first and only reserve ride and I didn't understand anything, I just walked across the green towards her. They stopped me. I drove back immediately after that, about 600 km back home. Only today, I do understand why that happened and why me, the fool I was, knowing nothing, only few jumps under the belt, jumped happily into the Swiss skies from a super helicopter. That experienced female jumper died. Yep, that made me think. But, not enough to stop, obviously. Let's see. dudeist skydiver # 3105
  23. Hey now, J.!! Those big Germans are not hairy, they are fat, bald and surely have short dicks. I personally know 2 of these "hunters" paying to kill dispensable wonderful wolves in a hedged area in Germany. Same ppl shot lions in Africa (from the jeep, of course!) which were driven just in front of their muzzles But there are others, too: My French ex-brother-in-law paid a huge amount to kill a polar bear. I'd love to know where that money drained away . Principally, I think you are right. There are too many places on earth which really have to "sell" their best on assets, their animals. C'est la vie. dudeist skydiver # 3105
