Where I live, it needs (after good school graduation, depending on scheduled career in police department): 3 yrs of dual studies (including practice time), ending with a BoA.     To some, that is very true. But then again Pres. Bush opened the door to a closet in China. I voted for Obama for his ability to be Head of State, not his joke-telling ability. And just to 'head you off at the pass,' I am not 100% satisfied with his results as being our 'Head of State.' For me, he was a whole lot better than the other guy(s). If a hero or not: In Germany, nobody ever is capable to (legally) own a gun in case he was previously convicted, has mental problems and: with the history of Mr. Meyer, would ever get a licence for any gun. Our government would provide best medical treatment for its soldiers - but, never allow any of them to legally touch a gun again; but that just us Krauts.
