Nice idea for a thread. That's cool that you had an eagle soaring with you. I've only made five jumps, so I don't have much of a visual encyclopedia to browse through, but I do have a small something: I jump at a DZ about a half hour away from my home town. On my third jump (the jump where I was finally able to sit back and enjoy myself under canopy since I wasn't so nervous), I looked way the hell to the south, and I could see my hometown off in the distance. And I just remember sitting there in the saddle filled with joy thinking to myself "not one person in that entire town of 15,000 is having as much fun as I am right now". I am new to the sport, so I don't know too much about wingsuit flying yet. My question is: Do you guys pull a lot lower than a regular skydiver due to the fact that you've got a lot more time before you hit the ground? I just saw this tonight, Ivan. I can't help but agree with everything you said. Funny Story: The part of the movie where she chops the kid's sword up who was scared shitless in the dark room? Know what I mean...anyway, the reel fucked up, and the movie just stopped right there, right in the middle of one of her swings. Anyway, like half the theatre got up and left thinking Tarantino was just being an asshole and decided to end Volume One in the middle of a scene. I knew that wasn't the end, so my friends and I stayed and got to see the phenominal fight scene between Uma and Lucy. Holy Crap, this is really weird. I was walking to class today (I kid you not), and thought to myself "I wish they made backpacks that looked like canopy containers...oh well". The main weekend rigger at my DZ is a 15 year old kid. His parents skydive, so he learned to pack, and walks away with 50-80 bucks a day on Saturday's and Sundays. Not bad at all for a 15 year old. He's cool too, everyone there trusts him with their life without giving it a seconds thought, he really knows what he's doing. -Kramer The FAKE KRAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAMER!!!!!!!!!
