We learn a lot f things about Portugal. I know that the country used to be called "Portuguy" but changed its name in 1976 after a military coup caused equal rights for women. Legally drunk and actually drunk are two different things. The legal limit in Florida is .08, in some states it is .10. It is an arbitrary standard. .08 is basically one drink. You need to wait for one hour for each "drink" to leave your system. If you drink 4 beers in 4 hours, over the limit. I would say that very, very few people actually leave a bar that are not legally drunk using the .08 limit. I beg to differ.
